Do not rely on renting a car here. Reserved a car 24hrs in advance, the clown staff gave my car away. No apologies, just shrugs. Never rely on these incompetents. 10/5/2026

Everyone at the Rio Grande, NJ office was incredibly helpful and supportive and worked with insurance even tho we did not have rental coverage. The level of service, quality of the vehicle and helpful people made a tough experience, losing our vehicle in a flood, pleasant nonetheless. We never met anyone when we dropped off in Baltimore but they processed our vehicle quickly and easily. Thank you all so much. You are 10 stars in a 5 star rating ✨️ 💛

Give you a car that's in line for repairs at the last minute. Do nothing to provide service and do not respond to complaints or concerns. They did nothing for me at all! Will not be back!

The Enterprise in Rio Grande is top notch. Staff is great and very helpful. I have rented from them for the last few years , and can honestly say I never had a bad experience. Check in and out in literally under 5 min ( takes longer to get a cup of coffee 🤣) can’t ask for better service. Thanks to all the staff for always making my rental experience fast and easy, they definitely go above and beyond and I really appreciate it.
