  I don't know if its under new management but the service is terrible my last 2 rentals i have had to pay to get a uber when I've always received a rides after returning vehicule. Also last time rented i was charged for gas when i was given a vehicle with 3/4 gas tank and returned it same was. Also fees have went up , deposits etc. I would recommend the management group to get organized and provide and great service if they want guest to keep coming.

  Norm Ryan and Luz are who I felt with at Enterprise and they each went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my rental both times. I highly recommend renting from the Rio Grande store.

  This location will actively give your vehicle away to someone else while still showing your reservation as "Active" on the website, all without sending a single text, call, or email warning. I had a confirmed reservation at this branch. I ran late due to an unexpected delay, but checked my Enterprise account and saw my reservation was still completely valid and active. No one from this branch bothered to send an automated notification, text, or courtesy call to let me know my reservation was canceled. Yet, when I arrived, the staff informed me they had already given my car away to another customer. The employee was smug, completely unapologetic, and treated me like I should have inherently known their unwritten rules. Zero empathy was shown for the fact that we were now stranded without transportation. Instead, the agent unsympathetically told us, “Well, we MIGHT have a car for you tomorrow at noon…” I took my business to a competitor the next day instead who treated me with basic respect.

  When I picked up the car I was sold the TollPass option for $4.95 as the representative informed me that would result in paying the same tolls as if I used my EZPass. This was not true as the tolls I was charged were the undiscounted tolls on the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the AC expressway. These were double the tolls charged on the same trip when I used my personal vehicle and EZPass. Not only did this cost me the TollPass charge but also an additional $55 of tolls. When I called the Enterprise TollPass number and spoke to the representative he informed me that enterprise does not receive the EZPass tolll rates but rather full rates and the Enterprise representative provided incorrect advice. Unacceptable. Won’t rent from them again
