  When I picked up the car I was sold the TollPass option for $4.95 as the representative informed me that would result in paying the same tolls as if I used my EZPass. This was not true as the tolls I was charged were the undiscounted tolls on the Pennsylvania Turnpike and the AC expressway. These were double the tolls charged on the same trip when I used my personal vehicle and EZPass. Not only did this cost me the TollPass charge but also an additional $55 of tolls. When I called the Enterprise TollPass number and spoke to the representative he informed me that enterprise does not receive the EZPass tolll rates but rather full rates and the Enterprise representative provided incorrect advice. Unacceptable. Won’t rent from them again

  I've rented a car at the Rio Grande location I think about 4 times now, and every single time, the staff has been great. Always has something I need for a single mom with kids who play sports. They really get you in and out of there as quickly as possible. Thank You!!

  I could leave my vehicle in the lot since I had nobody to drive me there to pick up my car after renting the enterprise car. I had thought I needed an 8 seater but a 7 seater was fine. I like that they weren't trying to push me into getting their insurance when they know I have it with my own automobile company and my credit card company No complaints!!

  I reserved a car it was ready when I went to pick it up the car was clean full of gas the car got great mileage I did my walk around and didn't find any significant damage the few things that I did find he said they are okay they don't count when I return the car I was waiting for them to inspect they said they will get to it I was waiting for my ride so I was there for a little while they never went out to inspect when my wife got there she asked me if I picked up the paperwork I said no she went in to get it they came out to inspect they looked at things I never looked at they put their hands under the undercarriage made sure all doors and Trunk opened and closed properly. I guess the next time I rent I will give the car a much Thoreau looking at even satellite knew nothing was wrong with the car when I returned it
