Was told a power steering flush would be free, I had that done not long ago; but for free why not. Was charged $80.00. Whole experience felt slimey. Will never go to Mavis tire EVER AGAIN!!! AVOID!!! P.S. Rear tire was not balanced correctly, Get vibration at speed. no way am I bringing it back there. I'll go somewhere else and pay to have it corrected.

Recently I had a problem their mechanics couldn't fix (it needed a part that required programming by a dealer) but the team here promptly looked it over, diagnosed the problem, and recommended next steps at no charge. Extremely clear, professional, and pleasant to work with.
