I have rented from enterprise many times over the years, particularly because I felt that the service was superior to other rental agencies. Unfortunately my most recent experience was very poor. I booked a minivan, because of specific space constraints, 2 weeks prior to our family vacation and all seemed well. On the morning of the scheduled pick up, I was notified through text that they did not have the vehicle I had booked and they were looking for another option. Later that day they offered me a much smaller vehicle as an alternative. I was unsure if this would work given our needs and they sent me the cubic feet dimension and invited me to come see the car. Mind you, this is happened a few hours before we are supposed to be packing the vehicle up to leave for our trip. When I arrived to measure the cargo space it was unfortunately inadequate to our needs. The response was "This is all we have and we are happy to cancel your rental." At this point it was around 5 pm on a Friday and with no other options we accepted the smaller vehicle. Ultimately an older family member and the kids paid the price, stuck with an uncomfortable seating arrangement for the length of our road trip because Enterprise didn't have the vehicle we reserved two weeks in advance. What is the point of a reservation system if you either don't have the vehicle or are going to give it to someone else? Very disappointing experience.

The absolute best! Rented this last weekend on 8/15/26. Jalin Lopez provided exceptional customer service going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. He was patient listening and answering my questions and advised me on various options. He did not use aggressive up selling tactics which made me feel he cared about. It’s safe to say this will not be my last time renting from here…will be returning!
