First time ever being at Mavis, everyone from the staff to the manager was great. Everything was cool, calm and done without a problem. They made sure they had the right products. They only needed to order a filter which came quicker than expected. I came back at noon to pick up my car and everything was all set and ready to go. No complaints and highly recommend.

I had to replace all four of my tires and came in without an appointment. José Arias and Nelson Marte took excellent care of me from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process.
I was working with a very tight budget, and instead of trying to upsell me, they took the time to find the best solution that fit exactly within my budget. Their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.
