  I bought my first Volvo from RedBank Volvo several weeks ago. I had decided to lease a new car after driving my Mercedes sedan for 11 years. While searching for my next car I drove a Mercedes SUV and an Infinity. When I tested the Volvo XC60 I knew it was the car for me. To be honest I did not try to make a “deal” but my experience was exceptional. Eric was knowledgeable, thorough and patient. The exact car I wanted was in stock. I found the lease fair and acceptable and especially liked that service was included! Once I made the decision the car was ready in 2 days. The delivery process was painless as Eric gave a good tutorial on operating the car and it’s technology. When I have returned or called with questions they have been answered in a most polite and satisfactory manner. It has been a very positive experience and the best part is I love my car! I would have no problem recommending Red Bank Volvo. Very Professional.

  Because my previous car was a Volvo C70 which I had for 12 years and every time I needed the service people's help they were always available, always able to tell me what was happening, always told me how much it would cost. So when my Volvo needed it's routine maintenance at 133,000 miles I arranged for a loaner car as usual and they gave me a 2020 CX40 to drive. Well I was not too happy because I don't like driving big SUVs, except this was a dream car to drive and to figure out! I loved my C70 but knew it was not getting any younger and had thought about looking at other makes of hardtop convertibles, but this CX40 was drawing me in. Because of the no pressure, efficiency, and professionalism of the service people, I knew I would be ok with the sales people which I was. Quiet calm sales room, (unlike my husband's Subaru waiting room), good sales people willing to help even if they were not the original sales person. No pressure. So I went from my show pony to my hunter jumper horse with ease (although I do hope my C70 got a good home and I am serious about that).

  I just returned from an emergency service visit at Red Bank Volvo and must report an excellent experience. Kaynan Delacruz was my Service Advisor and he made certain that my concerns were quickly addressed and taken care of. He is always welcoming and gives full attention to his customers. I have been a customer at Red Bank Volvo for the past eleven years, and I have been helped for regular servicing as well as for emergency issues (nail in tire) many times. Kaynan and Andy and other staff have always been friendly, helpful and willing to solve the problem. Jimmy and Charles at the body shop are also at the top of the list when it comes to friendly and excellent service.
