- AKAdrienne Karon1 day ago5.0Friendly knowledgable staff. Efficient without feeling rushed.
- JJJoySep 30, 20264.0My oil change was done within 5 minutes so I'm not sure if the kid assigned did it correctly. It usually takes a bit longer than that. And the price seems to be higher every time I come.
- JCJennifer ColucciSep 23, 20265.0Staff is amazing. Super friendly and very knowledgeable.
- HWHoward WeinsteinSep 17, 20265.0The service was prompt, courteous and done professionally.
- BRBarry RichAug 25, 20261.0The staff at this location attempted to use the incorrect oil during an oil change, then left me over a quart short. I went for a full synthetic oil change today. During the refill, the technician was having trouble with the oil. His manager (I don't recall the name) spoke to him, and the technician put it back and attempted to use a different oil weight. I called for him to stop, noting that he had the wrong hose. His manager and two different technicians told me they were low on the oil specified by the manufacturer, and that they were going to use a heavier weight. They then claimed it would actually be better. I demanded the correct oil. They completed the service and said all was well. I left and let the car sit for 4 hours. There was no pool of oil, and yet I was not getting an oil reading on my dip stick. I had to add a quart and a half to get to the right level. I found it extremely unprofessional and, frankly, sketchy that they attempted to use a non-spec oil secretly and that, knowing they were low on oil for a car they already drained, they did not go next door (literally) to the autozone to get the correct oil as a stopgap measure. Do not trust your car with these people.
