  My car wouldn't start, some lights on the dashboard came on(ABS,check engine light & others) plus the steering wheel was hard to turn. Had the car towed to Mr. Tire. Spoke with John about the problems. This was this past Sunday, a day before a holiday. He told me the problem & asked for my approval to fix those problems & I said yes. He told me the price then called me again, explained another slight problem. I said you go for it. Jeremy who told me my car was ready was nice. John explained what one of the problems were & why they needed to do that. I will return. I had gone to another shop before to get new headlights, they did a diagnostic & it was a long list of problems plus the owner of the other shop told me I needed a serpentine belt, it would cost $1600. Found out through mu brother & he showed me that belt, it was fine. Mr. Tire's diagnostic showed only three problems, which was fixed. The grand total: $651. Thanks guys.

  Did tires and my tpms sensor was broken and nobody has answers. Terrible service, never again.

  I had been coming here for years and had been satisfied, but I’m questioning all of the information I’ve received after this oil change. I was told my brakes were dangerously low 2-3 mm and needed immediate replacement. I had a second opinion and found that they were not nearly that low and could still safely be used-probably at least until my next oil change-in 6 months. So it makes me wonder if the brake replacement I did with Mr. Tire on my other car was truly needed, or simply a way to increase my bill. Furthermore, after this oil change, I experienced a lot of smoke from my tailpipe and loud noises. When evaluated by another mechanic it was determined that my oil was overfilled. Another poor job done. This all makes me question if the engine issues I had over the winter were caused by poorly done oil changes—which resulted in an expensive engine flush to rectify the problem. And finally, in hindsight about another earlier issue, I find it ridiculous that a shop, called Mr. Tire misdiagnosed my TPMS issue—by continuing telling me it was the cold weather. All this is to say—I find it hard to trust them anymore and I’ve found the level of repair inept. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop.

  Don’t go here if you need your car the same day. Called before coming, stating I need to be seen immediately for two tires and an alignment because I was about to hit the road for vacation. ‘Sure no problem, we’ll take you right away’. Four hours later, ‘okay your two tires are done, would you like to wait another hour for the alignment’. The tires are a 45 min job max…. Made me miss the first day of my variation….. my Uber driver driving me around while I was waiting had similar complaints about Mr Tire.

  I call the number and make an appotiment. When I come in, the lady arthe front tells me they only take drop offs today. ai was not prepared so I asked to reschedule. She told me that Monday first appoitment works best so she scheduled me for 7:45am. When I walked in at 7:45am Monday morning the man behind a counter told me that there are 2 people in front of me and it would be 2 hour wait. When I questioned the practice of scheduling he compared the business to a dictors office. I get that doctors get EMERGENCY visits, but getting first appoitment in the morning since "guy come in at 7:45" and being told that it will be 2 hours wait. Why do you guys have a call center that schedules? Is it a practice of just getting people in the door? NOT a good way to run business
