  Mr. Tire saved me in a jam. I was en route to a work meeting and flat my tire. I called and they immediately made time for me in the schedule. The staff was professional and helpful. Great customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you!

  Do not bring your car here please.They did a simple oil change.4 days later brought car back said it was leaking.they said they checked it nothing was wrong went to another mechanic they said there's no way they checked it because they would have seen that the oil filter was leaking and other problems.I contacted corporate and made a report.please don't go there....

  I'm only reviewing this because I received an automated request from Mr Tire. I initially thought of giving this location a terrible review and told them so right at the store, then decided not to waste my time, until I received the automated request. Without going into all the details, which trust me I can, their treatment of the customer, me, was unbelievably rude. It started with a counter person named Gee, who I actually thought was pretty good when I was in the store dropping my car off. When I dropped the car off about a noise I was hearing, they said they would call me after they took a look. When I didn't hear from them after a couple of hours, I called the store. Gee basically kept interrupting me on the phone, told me they hadn't found a problem and that the car was ready and to come pick it up and hung up on me. Literally. When I got to the store, Gee was nowhere to be seen. I asked for the manager and they brought out a manager named Jeremy. When I started to tell Jeremy what happened on the phone with Gee, he feigned ignorance and said he had no idea what happened on the phone between "two women". Well that struck a nerve with me, as I am a woman, and any woman reading this knows full well what it's like to be patronized and disrespected by men - and even other women at times. I told Jeremy well I guess he doesn't care what happened, and since he's the manager perhaps he should. When I then asked why no one called me after they looked at the car, I couldn't even get out two sentences. He was so rude. He only wanted to look past me and talk to my boyfriend who came with me. Called him "buddy", lol. I'll give them one star because Jeremy did at least humor us and stand outside while we attempted to show him where the noise was. But it was so loud on all the roads nearby, we couldn't hear it. After we got home we were able to hear it. The next day my boyfriend called and talked to someone at the shop and was able to have an intelligent conversation. Luckily, my boyfriend is very knowledgeable about cars and diagnosed the issue himself. And luckily, he's a man, so he didn't have the problem with being disrespected! I had already called another Mr Tire location in the area, to see if they could help me next time.

  I've been coming here almost 20 years and I've always came back because even though car repairs are painful the staff was always so genuinely kind, and service great! Sadly this last time I couldn't go through with the repairs because it was too much so I had the car towed to another location. At 11:30am I informed them of this and that the tow should be there by 3:30. Well timing changed and I showed up at 1:15 saying the tow truck was about 10 min out. Needless to say my car was still risen up in the bay all disassembled. I already mentioned I was getting a second opinion so why keep it up and apart? To add to the aggravation I was told by a guy at the front desk (not Craig) that my "car messed up his bay, and it's a big job that not just anyone can do it". I'm sorry? The smugness and ignorance REALLY doesn't need to be said because I chose to go to another location. My husband said he should've came with me. If you don't usually bring yours it seems like you should. Another reason I enjoyed coming here because as a female it was a comfortable and friendly environment where you felt like you weren't being taken advantage of, NOT ANYMORE!

  I had a damaged tire repaired. The cost was covered by my "Road Hazard Insurance". The service manager got my repair done right away while I waited. It was a pleasant experience. I will return in the future as needed.
