  I did not have a good experience with Mr. Tires this time. First time the appointment I had was not honored, the store staffing was not in sync with the call center making reservation. I should have taken that sign and moved on. But I went back a week later and left my car for tire rotation. When I did not get a call back and I called realized they had forgotten. Then the store got on and did the rotation. And then the biggest bummer. When I had checked the price on my initial appointment was quoted 24.99 for tire rotation,even mentioning Tesla model Y. I was charged $65 at the end, agin the store was not in sync with “call centre”. Was not happy at all. I still have 3 stars.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I specifically requested that Manager John perform a tire leak test to determine whether the air leak was coming from the tire or the rim. My request was denied, and I was told that I needed a new tire, even though the air was not leaking from the area identified by the technician. During this visit, I paid to have my donut wheel replaced. While performing the work, the technician broke one of my lug screws. I was told a replacement screw would arrive the next day. It has now been two days, and despite multiple follow up calls from me, I am still waiting for the part and a resolution. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue. Last year, I came in with a similar tire-related problem and was advised to purchase a new tire. After spending money on the tire, I later learned that the actual problem was a damaged rim. The new tire did not resolve the issue, resulting in unnecessary expense and inconvenience. Based on the repeated misdiagnosis, refusal to properly test the source of the leak, damage caused during service, and the ongoing delay in correcting that damage, I am requesting a refund for the unnecessary tire purchase and appropriate compensation for the poor service experience. Update….after initial post, the broken nut was ordered and replaced on the tire.

  Needed a tire patched due to slow leak - made an appointment the night before for 8:30 am - service was very good and pleasant - however i waited for two hours for this minor repair. I have used Mr Tire many times before and this is the second time, with an appointment, that I felt the time of service was too long.

  Went in for a simple tire repair that only needed a tire plug. They ended up charging me for the repair plus tire balance and a new TPMS sensor without consulting me at all. My car is only 2 years old and the TPMS sensor was obviously working perfectly since it alerted me to the low tire pressure. Be aware of this if you decide to go to Mr Tire. Very unprofessional to not advise a client of ridiculous up charges
