  Michael was incredibly helpful and assisted with adding additional drivers to our reservation. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes! Thank you for a great experience, Michael. Also, this location is one of the largest Enterprises I’ve ever been inside of!

  Got a phone call saying no car available 30 min before the scheduled pickup time. I was asked to go to Newark airport and make a new reservation "30 MIN" before my travel. The rental cost differed > $400 already. Neither transfer to the other branch nor any compensation on price difference was proposed. Avoid Enterprise, especially your reservation is an one-way rental.

  Alex is the best and took care of my rental and the bad situation that the Hillsborough location put us in the day we were supposed to leave for a baseball tournament in Tennessee. She rocks and if you need a rental us the Raritan location and ask for Alex the manager.

  Renting with Enterprise was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The process started off difficult because I tried calling the location several times to find out exactly where it was, but no one answered the phone until I was almost there. When someone finally picked up, it was the manager, who was extremely rude and had an attitude. I actually had to tell her to calm down because there was no reason to speak to a customer that way. Once we arrived, the paperwork and rental process itself was quick and easy, but the van wasn’t ready. We waited about 30–45 minutes while it was being washed and vacuumed. After taking the van home, we noticed there was dog hair throughout the carpet, and the interior was dirty, including the ceiling and seats. It was obvious the vehicle had not been properly cleaned. Shortly after getting in the van, my kids developed very bad coughs, which made us even more concerned about the cleanliness of the vehicle. After driving about 16 hours to our vacation destination, the van displayed an “Oil Change Required” message. We also noticed an unusual noise coming from the van. We immediately called the rental location, and once again the manager answered. Instead of offering a solution, she told us we could take the van to Mavis if we wanted. It was frustrating that we were expected to spend our vacation dealing with maintenance that should have been handled before the vehicle was rented. We were then placed on hold for 52 minutes after being told they would try to find us another van. No one ever returned to the phone, and we never received a callback. Because of this, we lost an entire day of our vacation waiting and trying to resolve an issue that wasn’t our fault. To make matters even worse, while driving in heavy rain, the windshield wipers stopped working, forcing us to pull over because it was unsafe to continue. At that point, we were genuinely afraid to keep driving and didn’t know what else could go wrong. This entire experience was stressful, unsafe, and completely ruined part of our trip. The lack of concern from the staff, especially the manager, and the poor condition of the vehicle were unacceptable. I will never rent from Enterprise again, and I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
