  Alex's treatment is very bad ... he is always in a hurry and in my case my English is regular and he didn't want to listen to me ... they keep charging my card and no one solves the problem

  I had a great experience renting from the Enterprise in Raritan, and I wanted to recognize Alex, the manager, for her excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. She answered all of my questions, helped me get the right vehicle for my needs, and got me on the road quickly. What I appreciated most was that she took the time to make sure everything was taken care of and made the experience stress-free. It’s nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thanks again, Alex, for making the rental process so smooth. I would definitely rent from this location again.

  If I could leave zero starts I would. Very disappointed with this company. Made a reservation a week ago to find out today that the car I “reserved” is not available at all. No calls before hand to let me know, told me to wait until 5:30 pm only to find out that they were going to leave me hanging since they close at 6 pm…so what’s the point of reserving something if the only solution is to cancel the reservation??? It’s not ok to leave people hanging when you made arrangements on time for other people to just leave you hanging like this! No notice no nothing from them. Very disappointing!!

  They didn’t have the car ready at my time of pickup and after waiting for 20 minutes I was askd to drive away a car which was different from the segment I have already reserved online. I originally booked a 7 seater family van but was they only had one 5 seater available.

  This branch has gone down hill! I used to rent from them all the time when Ashley managed the location. Now I am changing all my reservations to different branches. They have a bunch of young, disrespectful, arrogant, and no customer service agents at this branch. They wait until 10 minutes before to let you know they don't have a vehicle, never apologize or take any fault. Then when they found a bigger vehicle then what I rented with an additional $500 deposit, the man child told me its just $800 its no big deal as if he was paying it put of his pocket! Spoken like an entitled kid with no values. Location is convenient but I will NEVER rent from here again until the staff changes and the customer service that they used to have is back!
