George Gregory rendered one of the best sales experiences that we've ever had. Not only was he professional, he was pleasant, polite and extremely thorough in helping us to lease our desired vehicle. All of our questions and concerns were dealt with, and he made what has proven to be a difficult experience with past salesman at other dealerships such a stress free one yesterday. He exhibited a genuine interest in us personally, went above and beyond to have everything ready for our arrival. His patience and professionalism made our experience the best that we've had. George Gregory is definitely an asset to Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph and we appreciate him greatly!

Had a great experience with George and also the complete team at this dealership. Extremely happy with my experience and I couldn't believe how quick the whole process was to get in and out in a new vehicle.

Bought a 2026 Acadia from George Gregory and couldn't have asked for a better experience. George is a Randolph guy through and through — we ended up trading stories about wrestling (his sons wrestled, I did back in HS and college) and raising kids, and it made the whole process feel like working with a neighbor rather than a salesman. More importantly, he was efficient and straight with me the entire way. Fair price honoring their online advertised deal, matched my documented trade-in offer without any games, and he moved things along quickly so I wasn't stuck at the dealership all day. No pressure, no runaround. If you're shopping Buick or GMC in Morris County, ask for George. Five stars earned.

My wife and I two years ago decided to go down to just having one car because she was working from home. For the most part it was ok but there were a few days that it was a little challenging. This month though we saw how there was a need again to have a second car and we needed a pickup truck because of the type of business I’m in. We heard great things about Sawyer/Lyons and after our experience leasing our new truck they did not disappoint! Johnny Sanchez was our salesman and he was nothing short of professional and vested in our needs to help us. There was no hassle or haggling in the process it was just honest and heartfelt from beginning to end! We couldn’t be happier with our new Sierra and we’d recommend Sawyer/ Lyons to anyone looking for a new or used car/truck! Thank you to everyone who made this such a great experience!

been extremely disappointing. When I purchased my car, I was specifically told that it had a completely stock engine with no modifications or tune, meaning the factory warranty would still be intact. While that remains to be seen long-term, the problems started before I even took delivery. The TPMS (tire pressure) warning light was on. I pointed it out, and when I said I would come back the next day to pick up the car, I was told it “just needed air.” That turned out to be completely false. The car didn’t even have TPMS sensors installed in the wheels. After receiving the car, I got in contact with the previous owner of the car, who told me the dealership had informed him that he didn’t need to go through the hassle of transferring the TPMS sensors from his aftermarket wheels. In other words, the dealership knew the sensors were missing. When I brought this up before leaving the dealership, they took the car into service, confirmed there were no TPMS sensors installed, and then told me, “Just buy them from AutoZone. They’re cheap.” Instead of correcting the problem, they expected me to pay for something that should have been addressed before the car was sold. To make matters even worse, I purchased the car on June 20, and over 40 days later I still have not received my permanent license plates. The first excuse I was given was the Fourth of July weekend. June 20th was a week and a half before 4th of July. The following week, I was told their internet was down. My temporary tags expired after 30 days, and instead of mailing me a legal extension or resolving the issue promptly, they refused and emailed me a letter asking police officers to “give me a break” if I was pulled over. A dealership is not the DMV, and that letter does not replace valid registration. Sure enough, I was pulled over while driving with the expired temporary tags and nearly had my car towed because of the dealership’s failure to complete the registration process on time. Still as of right now I have no plates, and they keep telling me that “it should be here either today or tomorrow” and that they don’t know when it’ll get there. When I ask for a tracking number for the plates I’m told they don’t have any. When I called the dmv, they told me that whoever filed it should’ve received a tracking number if they actually did. I have no clue what’s going on over there in that dealership, but it’s really a mess. Afterward, I contacted my salesperson for an update. He told me he would get back to me about the status of my plates. Three days went by with no response. When I finally called him, he admitted he had simply forgotten. It certainly feels like once they have your money, they forget about you too. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Between the misleading information about the TPMS, refusing to correct an issue they knew existed, and leaving me driving with expired temporary tags, this has been one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend Sawyer Lyons GMC based on how I’ve been treated after the sale.
