  We ask for a copy of all the paper work that we signed at the deler office and they where made a lot of excuses for them not to give as a copy We find out that we were charged for more of what we agreed

  Had a great experience leasing my 2026 Buick Encore.Leased in January 2026 with MAGGIE GALATI....She was / is the best salesperson!! Made my experience extremely easy and pleasant!! As I do miss Harold Cardona( he recommended MAGGIE)..she made my leasing experience fabulous..I now consider her a great friend..Will always get my cars there with the help of MAGGIE GALATI!!! Love my Encore!!

  Johnny helped me and my wife get into 2 2026 Buicks. To say the least his attention to detail and the customer service was top notch, he is a very good sales person, but he’s a good people person, very knowledgeable and transparent. Works his hardest to get us the best deal and not push us into something we didn’t want instead, he listened to what we did want and tried his best to put us in the best suited vehicles. I can’t say enough positive things about him if you’re ever at this location ask for Johnny and if you can’t find him he will be the one with the Nintendo super Mario arm sleeve :)

  Johnny is truly the best car sales associate! He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and has such a relaxed approach that made the entire experience enjoyable. Trading in my Chevrolet Equinox for a brand new 2026 GMC Terrain felt relaxed and easygoing from start to finish. I even brought my child with me, and Johnny went above and beyond to make sure we were both comfortable. He was so attentive and thoughtful he even offered my child a cookie and helped keep her happily occupied, which made a huge difference. The entire process was seamless and stress-free. My sister and brother-in-law had purchased a car the week before and highly recommended Johnny and they were absolutely right. He exceeded all expectations! I will definitely be back and would recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth and pleasant car-buying experience.
