    My experience with Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph has been extremely disappointing. I purchased my 2019 GMC Acadia from this dealership about two years ago. I believe I paid above market value, and I am now in significant negative equity. Less than two years later, the transmission failed at approximately 75,000 miles, and I was quoted around $8,000 for the repair. When I contacted GMC Customer Assistance, I was advised to ask the dealership about possible cost assistance. I brought this up with the service manager, but I was told there was no assistance available. Instead of trying to help, I was told I had two days to remove my vehicle from the property because they had limited parking space. I felt dismissed rather than supported. This has been a very frustrating experience with both the vehicle and the dealership’s customer service. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.

    Had a great car buying experience. From the get go felt comfortable low pressure. Johnny the salesman was awesome. Price was very good and they were transparent. Trade in price was essentially what i wanted the first time they showed me numbers. It felt easy and stress free and that is something I have never experienced. I have already told my friend looking for a truck to drive the 2 hours up to see them. The all around experience was that good. Highly recommend.

    I can not say enough about how great Sawyer Lyons GMC is, especially Anna. I drove 45 minutes away to pick up my new Sierra 1500 because not only did Anna provide the best pricing (by far), but she was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, answering every single one of my questions and giving me honest feedback. After initially telling Anna what I was looking for, she had multiple options for me and I was in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours which is unheard of in the car buying experience. If you want a great deal on an amazing vehicle, go to Sawyer Lyons GMC and make sure you ask for Anna!

    I opted to not write a bad review when I first bought the car when they acted like they were going to fix the giant crack across the entire windshield and instead just “sealed” it. But now I just went to switch out a tire for the spare because I got a flat and the car was missing the lug wrench needed to take out the spare and when I got the part that I needed to take the spare out that the dealership wanted to charge me 75 dollars for that I could buy online for 40 dollars and should have come with the car, I found out that the spare they sold me already had a nail in it so now I need to tow the car at my expense.
