What an easy experience. It helped that I had done research and knew the exact vehicle I wanted. No test drive needed. No convincing me I should get a Volvo - this was a lease renewal exercise. Walked in off the street and was paired with Chris Corrigan make something happen. So helpful. No pressure. No, "wait here while I go talk to my sales manager" nonsense. He was able to review things and extend an offer himself that after some figuring and mild negotiation worked well for both of us. They got the car ready same day for a pickup after work hours for me. And the Finance manager, Adam Grant was equally helpful. No hard sale on the typical add ons. Simple explanations for any questions I had before I took the wheel insurance (21" alloy rims and NJ potholes) like on my previous vehicle (which I got 3 scuffs repaired and a ding out of my hood using the policy). Went home happy enough to bother writing a complimentary review for them. I don't usually. Thanks guys!

I live in Providence, RI and when driving to New Jersey the low tire pressure light came up. I called Ramsey Volvo on Thursday, September 10th to get an appointment to fix it. Steve, in service, got me in and they reset the light, checked the tires and even washed my car. They were great and I’d recommend them to anyone living in this area!

I waited for an appointment over a month I needed to get a loaner and when it came to get the loaner they saying that you're under 25 you can't get a loaner and I was already there once and they gave me a loaner is it not even tell me nothing about age very very disappointing and I waited there now an hour plus

I scheduled for service days in advance and dropped my car off the night before (8/11/26). After calling a couple of times to find out what the status is, they finally called at 2 pm to tell me they hoped to get it done in 3-4 days. Ridiculous! No communication, no concern. They are the worst!! I didn't end up getting service, took my car and left, after the Service Manager came out and angrily told me that I was unreasonable to expect that I could receive an oil change on my car in one day. He told me, "no one is doing that". This was the Service Manager!! FOLLOW UP: I DID contact the management of Ramsey Auto Group over a month ago through their website and to-date have not received a reply.
