Terrific customer service at Ramsey Mavis. A Manufacturer shipping mix-up happened and the wrong tires were sent for my order and installed on my vehicle. The Manager John and his team got right on the phone, corrected the issue, found the correct tires, sent someone to pick-up them up and got my vehicle completed and ready for me to pick it up within one day. I was very pleased with the professionalism of John and his team, they certainly represent the best for Mavis.

The team found the cause of the air leak on a brand new tire. It was a nail. And I was not charged for the fix as the problem occurred a week after the tire was installed. Very professional and customer friendly attitude . Thanks, Jose

Communication needs to be seriously improved at this shop.
Both my brother and I have had service there and have had to do more calls checking in on status of vehicle than any other place we've been. They also underestimate how long it may take to fix a car and who they have on staff to address. Need to be more considerate about customer's time without a car.
