  Came in for repair on my tires and Jermaine was so professional and helpful. He was so kind and accommodating that it allowed me to relax and assured me everything would be taken care of which it was. TOP NOTCH service!!! Thank you again Jermaine!

  Great experience at Mavis! Came in for an oil change and the service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road quickly. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

  Was in sort of a bind, my front tires were horribly out of balance. Had a long drive ahead of me. I stopped in and Q took care of me in short order. Thanks very much.

  Great service. They fixed the tire on my work van quickly and professionally. The staff was helpful, and they got me back on the road without wasting time. I really appreciate the fast service. Highly recommend.

  Extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty, accountability, and competence at this location. Save yourself the time, money, and headache. I brought my Audi Q7 here to have a new set of wheels I purchased from Tire Rack mounted. Initially, they called to tell me the rims didn't fit. I had to go down there and personally point out to their technicians that the wheels were double-drilled and the outer offset fit perfectly. They agreed and promised to get it done. Three hours later, they called back and completely refused to do the work, this time claiming it was because they were "non-OEM wheels." At this point, they had wasted my entire day. When I went to pick up the car, the technician casually mentioned that one of my valve caps was rusted shut, so they had to "replace the entire valve." I immediately took the car to a different shop to finally get the wheels mounted. Before even taking the wheels off, the new shop scanned my TPMS sensors and found that one was completely broken—on the exact same wheel where Mavis replaced the valve. When I went back to Mavis to confront them about the broken sensor, they completely refused to take accountability. They tried to tell me it was already like that, and then tried to blame the second shop—even though the new shop scanned the sensors before starting any work. It is painfully obvious what happened: they broke my TPMS sensor, didn't want to pay for it, used the "non-OEM" excuse to back out of the job, and tried to sweep their mistake under the rug. I had to pay out of pocket for a brand new sensor because of their negligence. I am never going back here and highly recommend you take your car to a shop you can actually trust.
