  Horrible customer service and experience. Dan one of the employees or manager there not sure which one literally snatched the keys out of my hand and yelled at me. Should not have to experience that sort of thing ever. We’ve been long time customers here but probably won’t be anymore. I plan to send the video of him snatching the keys and yelling at me to the corporate office. Hopefully something is done about it.

  The staff at the Rahway NJ enterprise car rental is top-notch. They really do give your service with a smile, their cars are always clean., you can't get any better service than these guys...

  Rented a car (van) from April 18 to 21 only to find out a day later that the wiper blade fluid wasn’t working - worst possible time during a rain. Dangerous to drive but had no choice. I was traveling to a different state the next day so went to a local location and was advised that they do repairs only on airport locations. Had to skip a day using the car because it was raining but had no choice to drive it going back home with some areas where it rained. Multiple emails to care@ and also reached out via social but no response.
