  There is a person working this front desk that is rude on the phone and rude in person. After forcing us to drop off the vehicle because Tire rack installations are not a priority compared to other work of the shop, we ordered a car service home. We were not allowed to wait Even though we said we were willing to wait for 90 minutes. We were called 45 minutes later to pick up the car and now had to incur the expense of two car service trips. There were most definitely racist undertones to the disgruntled nature of the front desk person. If this shop is not interested in Tire rack business, they should stop inviting it. In addition, any business should show some courtesy to senior citizen customers and they showed nothing but rudeness through this front desk operative.

  Janice as always is wonderful, so helpful and professional. The only bad experience I had was calling the new calling Center. The calling center should let you know you’re not actually calling the preferred location

  Booked appointment, then they called saying they can't do it. Place is run by a Call center that had no idea what is going on. Don't recommend

  Disappointing customer service. I called Mr Tire phone number to schedule a tire replacement appointment. The lady took down all my information and confirmed an "wait" appointment for Wednesday @130pm. I then placed a tire order through Tire Rack. Within 10 minutes a guy calls me up to say that I was scheduled incorrectly for Tuesday - he could not promise a wait. I told him that my appointment was on Wednesday. He was rambling about how the Call Center scheduled that appointment when they do not have access to his appointment calendar - blah blah blah. I told him that I called his store phone number to schedule it He said he could not do a Wait appointment on Wednesday either. Very rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I then had to cancel my Tire Rack order - I'd not recommend these guys unless you have no other option
