  Mr. Tire in Princeton, NJ has serviced my CR-V for the past 11 years and I remain impressed with the work and customer care. I was immediately sold with their honesty and high-quality work and decided to make them my go-to service center. Their customer care is top shelf and I highly recommend them.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mr. Tire Auto Center today. It was my birthday, and while my husband and I were out running errands, my front passenger-side tire developed a hole and was losing air very quickly. We were already stressed because we needed immediate assistance and were concerned about safely driving the vehicle. We went to Mr. Tire Auto Center because we were hoping they would be able to help us with an urgent tire issue. Unfortunately, the experience we had was incredibly frustrating. Instead of showing concern or trying to assist us, the employees we encountered were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience rather than customers who were dealing with an emergency situation. What made the situation even more upsetting was that this happened on my birthday. I was already stressed about having to spend part of my birthday dealing with a damaged tire, and the way we were treated only made the situation worse. We were simply looking for assistance and expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not what we received. After being refused assistance, my husband and I decided to take our chances at Mavis Tire Shop. We had called Mavis beforehand and were told there could be a two-hour wait, but we went anyway because we needed help. The difference between the two experiences was unbelievable. The employees at Mavis were friendly, compassionate, professional, and willing to help. When they learned that it was my birthday and saw how upset I was, they actually showed empathy and went out of their way to get my vehicle taken care of as quickly as possible. That experience really put my interaction with Mr. Tire into perspective. I understand that businesses can be busy, and I understand that there may be limitations on what a shop can do at any given time. However, there is absolutely no excuse for making a customer feel dismissed or treated poorly when they are already dealing with a stressful situation. I left Mr. Tire feeling frustrated and disappointed, but thankfully Mavis was there to provide the customer service and compassion that I expected from the beginning. Based on my experience today, I personally would not return to Mr. Tire Auto Center, and I would be hesitant to recommend this location to others. Customer service matters, especially when someone is already having a difficult day. Unfortunately, Mr. Tire Auto Center missed the mark completely. ⭐

  As always, the staff at Mr. Tire knew what tires would best meet my needs and they gave me the best price for them. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and, having known them for years I trust their judgment. It’s easy to underestimate the importance of tires and the importance they bring to drivers, but I know they have saved me during several weather emergencies!

  All excellent. I had not been in for service in a while and was thrilled to see the same polite, well informed, efficient staff that has been there for years. Every step of the process (scheduling, a call with the estimate, and then timely completion of the work) was well executed. Always a pleasure to get such good customer service, and automotive service, and at a competitive price.
