I know nothing about cars so whenever I ask for guidance/advice he gives me the knowledge to understand what I’m asking about instead of just telling me to get/do this or that. I stopped in to get supplies for an oil change and another time to get my car battery checked. I end up needing a battery replacement based on the diagnostic and John went over all the options I had and replaced my battery. We had a bit of an issue when one of the bolts got stuck, but he improvised on the spot to offer a temporary solution until I get the bolt removed.
