I brought my car in for a tire change as it kept losing air. When I brought the car in, it took about 30 minutes for service to come out to tell me it was a nail and they patched the hole. They could have easily charged me for a new tire and balancing. A great and honest experience!!! Highly recommend.

Had a flat tire on a Sunday and was so relieved to find this place open. The team was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I arrived. They got me in right away, fixed my tire quickly, and had me back on the road in about 20 minutes.

After letting my SUV sit for six weeks, I noticed a front-end wobble that didn’t go away even after a 20-mile drive. Knowing the tires were getting old anyway, I headed to Mavis for a quote. Since I only drive it a few hundred miles a month, I just needed something reliable and budget-friendly.
The staff here was super helpful and did great work. This vehicles SUV tires are large and often run close to $300 per tire run, but the team listened to my situation and helped me pick out the best tire choice for my needs.
They really took care of me on the price, applying a few discounts to the mounting and balancing, and even found a coupon that knocked the total down a bit more. Since I had this wobble and a little pull to the right, I also had them do an alignment while here. I also opted for a quick oil change while it was here being worked on.
One thing to keep in mind is that they do both tires and general mechanical work here, so they definitely will try to upsell you on extra items. For me, they suggested replacing the brakes, calipers, and doing a power steering flush. Just make sure you know your vehicle's actual needs before you walk in so you don't buy something you didn't plan on. That being said, the staff was incredibly friendly, and even though they're likely commission-based, they weren't pushy at all when I passed on the extra work. It was a smooth, easy experience and I’d definitely come back.
