Great experience at the Plainfield location. Brenton was personable, professional and helpful answering all my questions and explaining the whole process.

Brenton was a pleasure to meet with! Very kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and “real”. He helped me get rid of a car that only had bad memories for me. I would recommend this place to everyone. Loads of transparency, and no BS! That’s what I like, everything laid out and explained. Thank you Brenton!

Although I did not take their offer, I wanted to give a shout out to Edward for great customer service and communication. I think their offer for my 2017 Chevy Bolt was fine, but $1-3K below confirmed offers from CarMax and CarBuyerUSA.com. This office is in an old dilapidated industrial-like building, but that is a good thing for me. Shows that the company doesn't waste money on needless retail office bells and whistles. Although, CarMax did beat their offer by $1K, so there is that.
