  ​If you are looking for a modern, touchless, or state-of-the-art microfiber drive-through wash, this isn't it. This is a very old-school operation utilizing heavy rubber mops that also involves a whole crew going inside your car. There is virtually no signage or direction from staff on what to do when you arrive, which can be confusing as they dont even bother telling you anything but rather staring at me in a rude way as if I have to know it all myself. Watching my car go through the wash from the hallway was a bit nerve-wracking—the mops are aggressive enough that they actually unfolded my folded side mirrors mid-wash. Furthermore, the old-school method requires multiple workers to get in and out of your vehicle, which might make you uncomfortable if you are cautious about your personal belongings. ​That said, the actual cleaning results are great (only on the inside) They vacuum thoroughly and power-wash the floor mats, leaving the interior cleaner than I could have done myself. ​As a former car wash worker myself, I know how grueling this manual labor is, especially in the summer heat. The interior team does a fantastic job, but management really needs to invest in modernizing the exterior tunnel equipment for the sake of efficiency, customer peace of mind, and the well-being of their staff.

  The Cashier and Front desk Lady Emily is having excellent skills of customer service with great knowledge of products. Such staff is great asset of any establishment. Much appreciated

  Worst car wash i have ever been to. Paid $40 for something that can be done at a fully automated car wash for $10. No one vacuumed back seat and did not even open the trunk. Back body was completely dirty. Worst experience and eastern of money. Avoid using their service.

  This place is the best! Been coming here almost a year, everyone that works here is so incredibly kind. They do a great job and their package deals are value for money.

  I paid almost $40 to have my car left with debris on the seats, half vacuumed rugs requested spots removed from windows ,got back the same. When I approached one of the workers they said I would have to take it back to the line and wait for someone to get to it. I already had been there almost 45 minutes. Unbelievable, I don't mind paying for good service but that is the key, Good Service... Totally dissappointed.
