I dropped my car off at 8am for two things to be checked and left two numbers for them to call me with an update. I had to call them at noon to see what was going on. They only looked at one thing and forgot the other, so he said he'd get it done then and call me back. Two hours later, still no word. I called again and they just told me the mechanic wasn't even in today. I asked why they didn't mention that earlier and got no real answer. Terrible service and a total waste of time. I’m not going back, even with a family discount. It's just not worth the hassle.

These guys do not honor appointments. I scheduled an appointed for 6:30 and instead of notifying me ahead of time they just turned me away when I showed up (6 minutes early) and said they can't do an oil change before closing in time. Just go to local autoshops worse mistake was wasting my time with these goofballs.
