  Dropped my car off at 7:30 am to get all 4 tires changed, store manager told me it would take hour and a half, got a call at 11 saying he couldnt get a bolt off, afterwards I called and checked to see how much longer it would take, at around 2, got told 20 minutes. By the time i got there the tire's hadn't even been reinstalled nor how they changed the bolt the were supposedly changing. Staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process. To top it all off, after waiting another 45 mins, I asked how much longer to which the manager replied " do you want it done fast, or do you want it done right?". When I finally got the car back, the car had a lug nut missing, and rim covers were loose. Take your car legit anywhere else. PS Doesnt look like they changed any bolts at all, meaning the $33 they charged me for the bolt was for nothing.

  Had some tire issues and found this place great customer service and help me out on the tire change and wheel alignment. Rose was awesome on helping me out on what i needed on type of tire i needed. Awesome overall 10/10

  I have never wanted to leave a bad review, but this experience warrants one. This is my first negative review ever. I brought my car in because I heard a screeching noise coming from one of the tires. I was told the repair would take an hour or two, so I decided to wait. After about two hours, I noticed my car was still sitting in the parking lot and had not even been brought into the garage. That should have been my sign to leave, but I needed the car repaired. Another hour passed before I was finally told they did not have the necessary part and would need to order it. I agreed, took an Uber to work, and was told the car would be finished by the end of the day. When I returned around 6:30 PM, the car still was not done. I was then told it would be ready first thing the next morning. I took another Uber home and came back around 9:00 AM the next day, only to find that the car was still not finished. When they finally completed the repair, I drove off the lot and immediately every warning light imaginable came on across the dashboard. I brought the car right back. They "reset the lights" and told me everything was fine. I drove away again, and within minutes all of the warning lights returned. In the end, I was fortunate that nothing worse happened while driving the vehicle to another shop. Unfortunately, the damage had already been done. There was so much damage to the under portion of the car from Mr. Tire that it did not even make sense to repair it, and I ultimately wound up purchasing a new car.
