  Today I went to vavoline and despite how hot the weather was lol, my experience was amazing. The gentlemen did an amazing job and had pleasant conversations with each one. Bryan, Stephen, and Abraham were amazing. Definitely highly recommend vavoline

  Well the gentleman that I was directly involved with at windows was very polite . Helpful and understanding of my situation. Unfortnetly dud not reset my oil change reading. But then another young man who was involved in oil change told me I needed new wipers. But unfortunately I told him my husband just put new ones on the day before. I was alittle put out that I was being played to put new ones on and cost me money I didn't really have. Wondering how many ither times or people this may have happened too. But overall trip was good and will he back

  Not worth loosing your car. Thanks to thier negligence they almost cost the life of 4 of my family members thanks to them not putting oil in my transfer case and it exploded 3 days after

  STAY AWAY! Brian at this store managed to put the wrong oil in my vehicle and blew my transmission! The wrong oil is documented on the invoice and Abraham, the store manager as well as Brian, the district manager denied the claim ! Hyundai stated they voided my warranty. Their claims department process is a joke as it as all in house. No 3rd party. They can deny the claim if they feel like it. Stay away! Stay away!
