Labor rate is about, 179? I didnt see the quote on paper, they didnt offer it to me. But if i do the math thats over $600 for pads and rotors. In what world is this ok? I have a Nissan Altima BTW… They are trying to take food out of my familys mouth for a bigger profit. Thank god I have a friend who said he would help out. Otherwise i wouldnt know what to do. A car has to stop and Mavis takes advantage of people who only have their services as an option to maintain their vehicles! Do better Mavis!

I get there and there is no mechanic to change my brakes but they do have a few people working but none of them do brakes so they said I had to leave the car because the mechanic doesn't get in till noon when I got stuff to do and kids to pick up from school. Don't let people make an appointment so they can just go there and not have the service they need and then make them wait. Horrible!
