  My complaint with enterprise is that my family and I went on vacation a week ago and we rented a vehicle from enterprise at the Allentown airport and when we got to our destination, the following day, the car was dead. Long story short, it was the alternator. Granted I know there’s no control over mechanical issues it’s how Enterprise did not handle the situation. It them two full days after us handling everything to get us another vehicle, which was not until the night before we had to leave our vacation then they only wanted to refund us $500 of the $1300 bill which eventually I got all of it back, but Part the back-and-forth with enterprise is horrible. Doug was amazing over at Allentown. He was the only one that finally did help us or to tell you the truth We probably would still be in Maryland right now. We had to do all the leg work ourselves. We even had to Uber from our hotel to go pick up our new vehicle that wasn’t there until the night before we left and it wasn’t even the type of vehicle that we came down in which we needed something to accommodate three adults and two children and a whole bunch of luggage and we lost out on two full days on the phone back-and-forth with tow trucks waiting to come five hours later and nobody returning our calls just terrible terrible . I DO NOT recommend using them at all.

  First I want to start by saying, I never write reviews. Good or bad. But the team at Enterprise in Phillipsburg, NJ was absolutely amazing so I knew I had to do something to let everyone know how great they are. I had a terrible accident where someone plowed into us and totaled our car. We were driving from CT to Ohio. We were unfamiliar with the area. We had all of our stuff and our dog and were stranded. Mind you this was the weekend of the World Cup where there was no inventory at any car rental facility in a 30-mile radius. Maurice, Latoya and Cager were the kindest, most accommodating people that I have ever come across. They were patient and understanding of our situation. They did everything in their power to get us a car. They knew we were going a long distance so they made sure the car had an oil change and was cleaned before we were on our way. They treat their customers with white glove service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

  Maurice is beyond professional and helpful in a situation everyone else couldn't help at the time I needed it Maurice made it happen and saved my 4th of July weekend !

  The two employees working at the Phillipsburg NJ Enterprise on June 19th were very nice and understanding. My car broke down in Easton PA, and even though cars were scarce due to the World Cup, they had me in a car within 15 minutes of my arriving at their office so I could return home to Pittsburgh. I can't praise them enough.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Enterprise Service Center in Phillipsburg, NJ. I specifically booked a pickup truck online the night before and received an email confirmation showing the Phillipsburg location and my scheduled pickup time. To ensure there were no issues, I even spoke with a representative the night prior and confirmed the reservation. When I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told there were no trucks available. To make matters worse, I was told that someone had attempted to call me, yet they claimed they did not have my phone number on file—even though my phone number is clearly listed on the reservation confirmation email. What’s the point of making a reservation, receiving a confirmation, and confirming it by phone if the vehicle is not actually available when you arrive? This complete lack of communication and organization has now disrupted my vacation plans, as I needed the pickup truck for a trip I am leaving for today. A reservation should mean something. Instead, I wasted time, changed my plans around the pickup, and was left without the vehicle I reserved. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
