  Ohh my I had such a beautiful experience at this Enterprise location, people were courteous, friendly, helpful, while my car was being repaired. Professional, customer service over the top, I will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

  Favorite convenient and very close by they had a newer model pickup truck and I would highly recommend over any other rental in the future

  Overall amazing experience! The staff, specifically Moussa was knowledgeable and very accommodating!! I will always look to rent from this location in the future.

  Worst location and absolutely horrible staff, manager, and owner. They put up a sign in the middle of the day saying "be right back". Waited 45 minutes and no one was there. Came back a few hours later and was told I missed my booking at 12 pm and they would not rent to me. Makes absolutely no sense - what difference does it make what time I show up? What if my flight had been delayed and I showed up late? They refused to accept responsibility for being closed in the middle of the day. This location is absolutely shady. If you look at all the latest reviews its like they paid ppl to put fake 5 star reviews. Look at the 1 star reviews and you will see them respond to people asking to contact review@ehi.com or review@em.com or care@enterprise.com - no consistency, probably all made up email addresses that do not go to anyone. Update 7/12: Edison Enterprise honored my booking and rented me a car. Still no response from Perth Amboy Enterprise. No call from their store, their manager, or their owner. I have reached out to National, their parent company for a response too. Curious to see what their corporate thinks of employees shutting down branches in the middle of the day to run personal errands and then blaming the customer and refusing to rent to them. Update 8/16: over 1 month later and still no response from management or corporate. Instead they have listed fake reviews over mine to suppress my bad review. Do not trust this business. Look at the overdramatic review by Veronica Dominguez, who in the world talks that way about a rental car company? No one legit.
