  El jueves 27 de agosto, aproximadamente a las 9:25 p. m., llamé como customer para preguntar por el precio de una pieza. Me atendió Elías, y quiero reconocer públicamente la excelente calidad humana y el servicio al cliente que me brindó. No lo conozco personalmente, pero su paciencia, amabilidad, respeto y educación durante una simple llamada hicieron una gran diferencia. Quedé tan agradecida con su atención que le pedí su nombre únicamente para poder dejar este review y asegurarme de que su buen trabajo fuera reconocido. Elías, gracias por recordarme que todavía existen personas que hacen su trabajo con verdadera dedicación y respeto. Personas como tú hacen la diferencia. ¡Achooo, Elías es otra cosa! 🇵🇷👏🏽❤️ Bendiciones!!!!

  On 8/6/2026 my boyfriend and I had came here to purchase a new battery for his car since his had died that same day. Sold to us by this very nice women @ about $250 with tax. we take the battery home to put it on, get it on and nothing ? we even jumped the battery to see if it just needed an extra charge, still didn’t turn on the car. We ended up towing the car to our mechanic to see that maybe there’s some deeper issue with the car but nope AUTOZONE JUST SOLD US A BAD BATTERY! so after spending $250 on an autozone battery we spend an additional $350 for a new battery sold by the mechanic. The same day we received the car, we head to autozone to return the bad battery they sold to us and to receive a full refund. while we explained the story to the staff they insisted that it was “too late for a refund since the battery had been used” that all they can do for us was “swap the battery.” .. why would we want another battery from you if you just sold us one that doesn’t work a few days ago? Staff continued to not understand that the battery sold to us doesn’t work. Frustrated because they still wouldn’t give a refund we went to called the district/ general manager explaining the whole story and thank god they helped us out! PLEASE don’t buy from here unless you want to be sold a battery that doesn’t even work and risk not getting refunded! scammers. Giving a 2 star review just because the lady and the district manager helped my boyfriend out.

  Honestly, I don’t know who matters first here the employee or customers. So battery testing services is offered at AutoZone, Like any other customer, I waited in line After waiting 10 to 15 minutes in line, I approached your register and asked for my battery to be tested. I was then asked to come back to the store later on in the afternoon because there’s only two employees at the front right now and they need to basically attend the other customers in line. I find that highly unfair because the same way they would look for a part and service. A customer is the same way they could’ve serviced and tested my battery. If they need more staff, they should definitely hire more staff. Unacceptable and not fair
