  My car got an ugly hole in it when I ran over something. Roadside put on my spare, and I drove to Tire World. I had come to them several times over the years and always been pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient they are. I pulled in, Greg had me back up so he could jack up the car and remove the spare, and he pulled the old tire out and showed me the damage. It was not able to be repaired, so I got a new one. I did not even have to get out of the car! In less than 10 minutes from start to finish I was on my way. It was almost like a drive-thru! Great service, very kind person in Greg, and I barely missed any of my lunch break. Thank you, Greg!

  The guy broke off my lug nut and stud when replacing tire and said I needed to come back another day to get that done so he could charge me more when everything was already off that made no sense. This is why I’m thankful I have someone in my corner who can tell me these things and provide honorable service because these folks will always try to get over on people and women who don’t know cars are probably the victims. I bought 4 used tires and they told me to come back for something so simple and was already prepared to get done easily. I didn’t know this at the time but now that I do I’m highly annoyed.
