    This was the worst rental car experience I've ever had. I'm giving 2 starts because the guy at the front desk was awesome and everything seemed to be completely out of his control. He was very nice and tried his best to help. We rented a car the night before, everything confirmed. There was a large amount of cancelations of flights which apparently effected a lot of rental car bookings. People weren't returning cars on time which in turn effected me getting my booked car. I had to wait in their lobby with my 6 yr old child along with another family for over 3 hrs waiting on people to return cars. It was very frustrating and caused us to miss a scheduled event thst evening in upstate NY.

    The vehicle was spotless and incredibly comfortable. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the outstanding customer service I received from Nigel, who was knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and made the whole rental process seamless from start to finish. I'll definitely be renting from this location again!
