  I shared my experience with customer service the day the incident occurred and have yet to hear from anyone almost a week later so let’s not pretend to care. Stand on your poor business practice like the district manager of the location did!

  I came with a reservation but they didn't have a car so I spent $50 for a taxi. Why did I need a reservation? They made me feel bad. The service is very bad. I can't describe it.

  I was initially given a vehicle that was not actually in the class I was supposed to receive. I questioned the vehicle, the employee acknowledged that it was not the correct class and told me to come back once vehicles were returned so they could provide the appropriate vehicle. I ultimately returned and, fortunately, they did have a vehicle in the appropriate class available. However, the way the situation was handled was incredibly dismissive. I was handed the keys and paperwork, and the employee simply walked away. There was no walk-around, no review of the vehicle, no confirmation of the rental details, and essentially no customer service whatsoever beyond being greeted at the front desk by another associate. I appreciate that they ultimately provided the correct vehicle, but the overall experience was frustrating and left me with very little confidence in how this location handles customers. I would strongly encourage management to address both the vehicle-class issue and the lack of basic customer service during the rental switch.
