- ITilias tsakirisSep 29, 20211.0I just walked in, 8:10pm to have my engine light checked AS THEY ADVERTISE on their website. 2 employees in the store, slow night, zero customers inside or outside and they refused to do it because they “can’t leave the store with one employee”. It literally takes 30 seconds to go outside at my car, to plug in the reader, get the code and get back inside to check it on the computer. If you don’t feel like working, close the store at 5pm and go home so we at least know we don’t have to drive 10 miles to ask for a service that you say you provide.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
