I had a really great experience here at Mavis of Pennington. I’ve been having issues with my tire for a few days, needing to put air in it daily. They were able to diagnose the issue, took the nail out, plugged it up, & all is good! They had some action movie playing in the lobby, so I was also entertained. 🤣 Highly recommend! They do a great job, & they are a very kind bunch too. Thanks so much again! :)

Wonderful staff and service. Easy to make and change appointments, very kind people and because there was nothing wrong with my tire (pressure had dropped but then was holding) they checked it out for free. 10/10 would go here again and recommend.

Here is my story: got a nail in my car's front tire and came to this place to get it out. Simple repair which typically takes about 10 min for me to do when in my home garage. The guys who met me at reception were very friendly (5 stars) and put the car in work right away. But than all of a sudden a serious young man popped up (manager?) who informed me that the nail is located in dangerous place and the whole 4 tires must be replaced as per corporate policy. I briefly imagined what this guy might say if will see a nail in a really dangerous place (you know where :) but politely asked can the job be done without involving policy and why all 4 tires must be replaced , may be the unfortunate one or just two could suffice. All corporate lawyers blinked in boy's eyes and he responded that it is completely impossible since posing a grave danger to nail, tire, car and entire mavis finances. So, I left full of grief, unnailed and feeling guilty for not complying with mavis corporate greed. Thanks God, about 500 yards to the north found a tire shop where my pain was removed for a few silver coins within appx. 300 seconds with no policy, politics and mavis controllers involved. How could I do it, bad, bad of me. Seriously, folks, avoid this place whatever other people will claim.
