  Omggg all the service team were all 100+++++++++they were professional, friendly, helpful, smart, I’m definitely going back again Jaden M gave me so much knowledge Regarding my car, what they can fix and what I need to do to fix my car. I told them I’m not familiar with cars because my car was previously stolen and I’m learning new things. I’m definitely going back there again. I’m sooo happy impressed I told all my friends and family to come here.

  On May 20, 2025, I brought my truck to this Valvoline location to have my air conditioning serviced. When I arrived, I immediately noticed large diamond-plate metal tables stored extremely close to the driver's side of the service bay. I was so concerned about my door hitting them that I carefully shielded my door with my hand every time I got in and out of my truck. The technician told me my vehicle needed a special valve that they did not have in stock, so I purchased the part and returned later that day. The manager instructed me to park my truck on the side of the building, leave the vehicle with them, hand over my keys, and return in about an hour. When I came back, I was told everything was fixed, there were no leaks, and my A/C was working properly. Because I do not drive this truck regularly, I did not discover the issues until several weeks later. The vehicle had barely been driven since it left Valvoline, which is reflected by the mileage. When I used it again, I found that the air conditioning was no longer working, and I also noticed a dent on my driver's side door that was not there before I left my truck in Valvoline's care. I returned to the store, but the original manager was on vacation. The assistant manager replaced the valve again and told me that if it didn't solve the problem, there was nothing else they could do. My concern about the damage to my driver's door was never resolved. I then contacted Valvoline's corporate office and filed a complaint. After several calls, I was instructed to return to the store once again. One of the first things I noticed was that the large metal tables that had been beside my truck during my original visit were no longer there. The manager installed yet another valve but again stated that if the repair failed, there was nothing else they could do. The damage to my driver's door was still not addressed. To make matters even more confusing, when I spoke with Valvoline's corporate office, I was told by a manager that I should not have left my truck with the store. However, the original manager at the Paterson location specifically instructed me to park the truck on the side of the building, leave my keys with them, and return in about an hour so they could complete the repair. Receiving conflicting information only added to my frustration, and this discrepancy was never addressed. After multiple visits, multiple repairs, and even involving Valvoline's corporate office, my A/C still isn't working properly, and the damage to my driver's door remains unresolved. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I expected my vehicle to be repaired not returned with damage and an unresolved mechanical issue, with no one willing to take responsibility.
