He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was handled efficiently. Samantha was also very helpful and welcoming throughout the process, which made the experience even better. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. Pickup and return were both quick and easy thanks to the excellent customer service. I truly appreciated the professionalism and positive attitude from the team and would absolutely rent from them again. Highly recommend!
- SSStevenMay 15, 20261.0Horrible horrible horrible ,I went through insurance and didn’t have to put any money down by my deposit and had a rental for 2 weeks while my car was being fixed and enterprise had the nerve to call me after the 2 weeks was over with telling me I had to put more money down because they gave me a new rental then I was supposed to get mind you this was after enterprise and progressive made the agreement which I had nothing to do with,so I told them I have nothing to do with this .. they really tried to pocket extra money from me as if I was born yesterday… ‘Mind You the 2022 Altima had no air bags and all her response was did it get you from point a to point b,,, horrible horrible May 2026 horrible .. I would give them zero stars if I could
