The staff was exceptionally nice, especially the woman working the front desk and the gentleman who did the work on my tire. They treated every customer with the same respect and gratitude, as I witnessed, while waiting for my repair.
- HWHadleigh Wailes6 days ago5.0I just moved to NJ from Colorado and needed to get my tires rotated. I didn’t buy my tires at a Mavis since we don’t have these in CO. Stopped by for a rotation. They literally treated me like family! It felt like a mom and pop, super local, small town shop. Two other customers came in and they seemed to know them by name. Just a lot of joy!! In regards to the service,10/10! They were very thorough and went out of their way to help me. I was fully expecting to pay the $20 or $30 bucks for a tire rotation since I didn’t get my tires from then, but they handed me the receipt and comped the whole thing!!!!! I almost wanted to cry. Just made me feel like home and a great welcome to New Jersey!!! THANK YOU ALL!!!!!

- AEAhmed ElsaidMay 6, 20265.0Jessica is the person to see if you have to come to Mavis even if you live in Arizona trust me it’s worth bringing the car over there on a trailer There are six Mavis locations with a 5 mile radius from me And one of them are actually called business partners, and did not provide anywhere near the service Jessica provided She really takes care of her customers and make sure that everything is done right and properly she does everything in her power and well to make sure that her customers are satisfied and that their service is done properly without having them to come back. She’s overqualified and highly intelligent, and this is the reason why I continue to come to this location only Even if it means, I have to drive my car with wire on it for a few days😂😂 Thank you Jesica for all your help and effort. It’s great to have people like you in this world
