Sheldon at the Mavis Tire store on 18 Georgene Court in Parsippany is truly amazing! He not only helped solve my car's brake issue, but also offered me the best price I found in the area. Even though I contacted them at the last minute, he made sure the work was completed promptly and professionally.
As many people know, dealerships often charge an arm and a leg for the same repairs. From now on, this will be my go-to shop for all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs, as well as my family's cars.
The staff at this location are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. They made the entire experience easy and stress-free.

Seriously, if I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. The manager here was actually pretty decent, no complaints about them at all. It's the overall company that's the real problem though. They've got some serious issues going on behind the scenes. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

Some jerk ran my wife off the road and damaged the sidewalls of both her passenger side tires - down to the threads lining the inside of the tire, could've been a blow out!! Fortunately, found these guys less than 10 minutes from where we safely got her car. They had the exact size in stock and promptly took her car in and got us back on the road same day! Price was reasonable, service was quick and courteous - definitely use this location if you're in need of tires!
