Super annoying, because I had a good experience with them the first time, had my tires rotated and rebalanced, yet the ride is worse. I feel like these ppl can just mess with your vehicle based on how their mood is that day. I will no longer return to these trash corporate shops.

Very disappointing experience at Mavis today. I went in for a flat tire repair, and during the repair my wheel was damaged. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. The front desk staff and other employees were unprofessional, unfriendly, and showed very poor customer service skills. I expected my vehicle to be handled with care and to be treated respectfully as a customer. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
