Dont let their reviews on here fool you. They are terrible starting with management, I got two new tires, took 3 hours, staff was eating donuts while doing oil changes and work. My tires were not balanced properly and had to take my car back to the other Mavis in town which is a much more professional shop with a better team.

Terrible experience getting my brakes done here. After 10,000 miles I was told both the pads and rotors needed to be replaced again because "that's about how long they should last". After that, they squealed all the time. They replaced the pads and rotors again, stating they found "an issue". When I asked what the issue was, I was told, "issues come up all the time with cars". When the "issue" was still not resolved, corporate sent me to 2 more Mavis', making things worse with each visit. Now my "new" rotors are completely rust covered after less than 1000 miles. Done with Mavis. Each store (this one, Rt 10 in Whippany and the one on 46 in Parisppany) was a complete disaster.
