  Never again....1. car was extremely filthy, it’s like a basic vacuum job was not even performed…2. they didnt have the car i requested, so had to choose from minivan or pickup truck In the 30 min waiting in line to get my car, also experienced the following: -phone ringing in the back constantly for 30 min -they had to call a customer back saying their online reservation can’t be honored cuz there are no cars -they had to apologize to the lady in front of me because they never showed up or even contacted her about not being able to bring her car to the body shop as scheduled, since they were short staffed …. can’t trust a smooth process at this location, sorry

  There is no free upgrade even they don’t have ur vehicle that u booked they aren’t gonna give u free upgrade. They could call me or message me they have both in the file but no when I walked in that office then they said that, they don’t have vehicle I booked and I paid extra 20 for upgrade which should have been free

  ​I had a reservation and was the second customer in the door. The agent pulled up my info and told me my car just needed to be cleaned and would be right out. I sat down and watched every single customer who walked in after me get served, get their keys, and drive off. Eventually, I was the last person left in the lobby. ​When I approached the counter to ask what was going on, the exact same agent who "helped" me looked at me and asked, "Are you here to pick up a car?" as if I had just walked in for the first time. He completely forgot about me. Wasted over half an hour sitting there for absolutely no reason. Incredibly unprofessional and disorganized.
