Mark and Trina Front Desk Sale Representatives were amazing and enjoyed me and my wife's corny jokes yet awesome vibes. Kelvin our Windshield Installer gave us the rundown aswell as professional. I will come here again to get my windshield replaced!
- SKSooMin Kim5 days ago5.0Made an appointment to have the windshield replaced in the shop. Dropped off the car and sat down at the big window looking into the shop to wait for the windshield to be replaced. Not too long after I sat down. The technician Martin came to tell me that the car was done and I was just settling in and getting comfortable. I sat for another 30 minutes to watch the technicians changing the windows on other vehicles. I appreciate their quick and professional work. It was a definitely should have done it sooner experience.
- ALArasselli LindiaMay 11, 20261.02 Volvos - guy came and replaced both windshields, great. Next day, drive one car.. all sorts of warnings. Get in the other car, same issue. Mind you after I received the calibration certificate. I don’t know what it was certifying because it failed. Called the office.. nonchalant .sorry you now have to go in. Wait like 2.5 hrs to get one done 🤞🏼half day basically gone. They said they couldn’t fit me on a Saturday. Sooo I guess too bad for me.. HORRIBLE

This is 2026 and Safelite should know that customers prefer to speak directly to people, not AI bots. In regards to the service, it was completed before promised and so far, so good.
