    I came here on March 1st for wiper replacement. The two gentleman’s who installed my wipers broke the arm to the wiper on my car. My wipers and the arm of the wipers were perfectly fine till I came here. I went to the store today to tell them what’s going on and the manager JOHN suggested I go to a mechanic and get it fixed. A ISSUE THEY CAUSED AND BROKE I NOW HAVE TO COME OUT OF POCKET FOR DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE ON THEIR BAHALF ON BREAKING THE ARM TO MY CAR. DO NOT COME HERE THEY WILL BREAK YOUR CAR AND LEAVE YOU WITH NO RESOURCES OR AN APPROPRIATE RESPONSE TO HELP YOU. I paid $62 just for my car to be broken and to come out of way more money now.

    I just want to say that Rich needs to get employee of the century. I had a situation where I needed help immediately, otherwise I was going to be stranded at a friend’s house. Rich without hesitation - jumped into customer service mode and SAVED me so much time, money, frustration, and confusion. I was so grateful that I went back to personally thank him and tried to get him a coffee or something and he politely declined stating that it’s part of the job. It’s been awhile that I had an exchange with someone with that much integrity and actual care for the customer outside of a sale. I have a store location three seconds from my house but I am driving the 15 minutes to come here moving forward. Management, please let me get this man some Panera or something. I would highly recommend this location. 100/10 stars!

    Today I was help by the most professional and knowledgeable person I have ever met. I came by the store this afternoon because my battery completely died after been rebooted just and hour ago. At the desk was Dimitri, I told him that my car was in the parking lot of the Home Depot next door and that I have walked over there and needed help, he smiled and said no problem. He grabbed a battery booster and a very nice diagnostic computer and walk with me. He started the car, check the battery and the diagnosis was to replaced it. We went to the store and choose the right one for my type of car and then he grabbed a cart with all his tools and installed it to perfection. He is a great young man, talented, knowledgeable and with excellent customer service skills. I was very satisfied with his service. Employee of the year #1 nominee 👍🏻
