Excellent Experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car! I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise! From start to finish, the service was excellent, and the assistant manager was absolutely amazing. They were professional, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive rental experience. It is refreshing to receive such outstanding customer service from someone who genuinely cares about their customers. The assistant manager made the entire process smooth, pleasant, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a reliable rental company with a team that knows how to treat its customers. I will absolutely consider Enterprise again for my future rental needs! Thank you for such a great experience! Catherine Spooner

If you're like me and have been frustrated with the experience at other major national car rental agencies, you'll appreciate the professionalism and ease at which the Enterprise team handles your rental journey. The Paramus location is staffed by a team of conscientious and eager managers who want to make sure you walk out the door satisfied. I received a telephone call the night before confirming my reservation, which I appreciated. I showed up at the appointed time and unfortunately the type of vehicle I had reserved was not available. A suitable substitute was immediately offered, a rate reduction, and further consideration. It was all done with sincere apologies and compassion for the unavoidable circumstances. I couldn't have hoped for a better encounter. I'd like to extend my thanks to management trainee William who got me in and out the door in ten minutes. I'd like to suggest that you follow Enterprise's request and come prepared with your reservation, your driver's license, credit card, and your US auto insurance. You may want to also bring your personal E-ZPass if you happen to live in a state that participates in that system. Thanks Enterprise for another great rental experience.
