This was the easiest car rental experience I ever had. When I went to pick up, Will took care of me and his co worker (I believe her name was Nora) assisted. They informed me that I was getting a free upgrade to a premium luxury SUV and they made sure the car was fully cleaned and set up before I left. The rental process was easy, and hassle free. The car was in great shape and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy before we drove off the lot. Returning the car was as easy as 1-2-3 and Will was there again to ensure i left satisfied and in a timely matter. Without a doubt I will book a rental with this branch again! Enterprise in Paramus goes above and beyond!

I have been going to Enterprise for over 20 years. From LA, Denver, Miami, St Petersburg, Dallas, now here! Absolutely amazing staff! Greeted and serviced by Will. He was very welcoming, and the rest of the staff was in great spirits! Professional, swift, and efficient! This location is right off the highway, and they can help you with any of your rental questions or needs! Thanks again Will!
OK. I yelled at the staff when I dropped off the car. I have done this in public nearly a couple times in a bit over the half of century time. The staff in the Paramus office seems strictly to follow protocol, which confirm every details and show all the sales items. I understood. However, most of customers in rental are under time pressure and feel the best custom service is speedy process. I have rented in Florida, CA, TX, and Hawaii all over the places only in special mind of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car that offers most affordable options and get-to-point service without holding my legs for extra sales time. I filled all the information about me, personal information and payment online already. What's the point with checking and confirming double times? The attitude of the staff in Paramus office already pushed my button from the first day at the office. She complained about why I didn't take a confirm call. When I dropped off, she maintains the same attitude, repeating the same questions over again without effort to hear my English. I have no clue she might have hearing problem or attitude.
Will use Enterprise again!!
Shout out to Nighee (I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name correctly!), who picked me up from the collision shop and drove me to Enterprise to pick up my rental. He was incredibly personable, friendly, and such a great conversationalist.
The same goes for Kelvin, who drove me home after I returned my rental. He was equally friendly, professional, and enjoyable to talk with.
A special thank you to Nora as well for letting me know just as I was about to book an Uber… that Enterprise could provide me with a ride home. I hadn’t even realized that was an option!
Overall, I was very impressed with this location. The entire experience from start to finish was seamless. Shoutout to Anthony, the manager, who initially contacted me and went over how everything is handled.
Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work.

This Enterprise location truly fell below my expectations for a car rental agency. It's located here mostly to serve the various car repair shops nearby. Insurance booked the reservation. While they offer pickup and drop-off, there are no clear instructions on how to coordinate it. For example, my pickup took 30 minutes to cover a 2-mile drive. And when I asked for a drop-off, the location didn't have a driver available despite being open. I had to take an Uber myself or wait 30 minutes.
To make matters worse, I was told "everybody knows we changed our opening hours to 8:30," even though Google Maps and their own front door both list an 8 o'clock opening. I was then expected to be grateful when they opened the door at the time they were supposed to, instead of being told to sit outside for another 30 minutes. And of course, there was no advance phone call, despite my number being accurately listed on the reservation.
The staff here try to be helpful, but somehow they aren't incentivized or interested in going above and beyond. When I asked for a printed receipt, I was told the printer was out of paper, and yet there was more paper sitting in the drawer.
If you're used to the seamless service of airport car rentals, this is sub-par by a long shot. I'd avoid it if possible.
