One of the most expensive tire shops. In addition to the tire price, they add road hazard, recycling fee, NJ tire fee, TPSM STEM Kit and shop supply fee totaling almost $500-$600 on top of tire price. Just go to Mavis a mile south of this place and all you will have to do pay the tires price. Alignment charges too high as well, however customer service is good, if that's what you are looking for.
For four ASSUR COMF tires total price quoted by this place was $1538.97. I had the same tires done with the balancing and alignment in $1024.

I have been a customer of this Mr. Tire location for years, which is why this review is particularly disappointing for me to write. In fact, this wasn’t even my first Tire Rack installation here. Back in August 2020, I had approximately $1,800 worth of wheels and tires installed through Tire Rack at this same location without any issues.
This time, I purchased another set of tires through Tire Rack because they offered an excellent price, and I scheduled a 7:30 a.m. installation appointment at Mr. Tire. I intentionally booked the earliest appointment available because my wife was 37 weeks pregnant, and I needed to wait with my vehicle rather than arrange transportation.
From the moment I walked in, the store manager made me feel like I was an inconvenience because I had purchased my tires through Tire Rack instead of directly from the store. After I mentioned the price I had paid, he repeatedly made comments suggesting that because the tires were inexpensive, they were probably discontinued or had been sitting around for a long time. Instead of congratulating me on finding a good deal, I felt like I was being criticized for making the purchase.
What bothered me even more was his attitude about my appointment. Even though I had scheduled a 7:30 a.m. appointment and indicated that I would be waiting with my vehicle, he told me, “I prioritize my customers. I get around to Tire Rack customers when I get to it. If you’re bothered by this relationship, then perhaps you shouldn’t have it.”
I couldn’t believe I was hearing that. Tire Rack referred me to this business, and I was paying Mr. Tire separately for the installation and a wheel alignment. I was every bit as much a paying customer as anyone else in the waiting room, yet I was made to feel like I was somehow less important because of where I bought my tires.
During the installation, I was informed that one of my wheels had a crack. I appreciate that they found the problem and temporarily sealed it so I could drive safely. I have absolutely no issue paying to repair a cracked wheel if that’s what it needs. What didn’t sit well with me was the timing and tone of the conversation. After spending so much time criticizing my Tire Rack purchase, I was immediately quoted approximately $300 to repair the wheel. I’ve since found a reputable wheel repair shop that will perform the repair for about $175, so that quote only added to my frustration.
To be fair, the mechanical work was completed. The tires were installed, the alignment was performed, and I was able to drive the car home safely. My complaint is not about the work itself. It is entirely about the customer service.
I walked into the shop excited about my new tires. I walked out feeling embarrassed, belittled, and like I had somehow done something wrong by purchasing them through Tire Rack. No customer should be made to feel that way, especially after spending hundreds of dollars on installation and alignment in addition to the tires themselves.
After many years of doing business with this location, this experience has convinced me that I won’t be returning. There are plenty of businesses that appreciate their customers, regardless of where they purchased their tires. I choose to spend my money where I’m treated with professionalism and respect.
