  This is not my first time coming to Mavis Discount Tire, but this was my first experience at the Old Bridge location, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Mark provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. His communication was above and beyond great, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Mark took the time to listen to all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. What really stood out was how proactive he was with communication. He reached out to me multiple times with updates regarding the work being done on my vehicle, which showed true professionalism and care for his customers. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend this location and truly appreciate the excellent experience Mark and the team provided.

  I recently had work done at Mavis and had a really positive experience. The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Service was completed quickly, pricing was fair, and my vehicle feels great afterward. It’s hard to find places that combine good customer service with quality work, but this location did and this is the only Mavis I trust. I’ll definitely be returning for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy tire or auto service been going here for years wouldn’t go to any other Mavis these guys are legit

  I came in for a wheel alignment after having new tires installed at Costco. Costco recommended getting a wheel-realignment, even though the vehicle was driving fine after the tire installation. After the first alignment at Mavis, the vehicle started pulling/swirving to the left. I returned for a second alignment, but the issue continued. On the third visit, the technician showed me the alignment readings and explained that everything appeared within spec (unless there may have been a calibration issue with the machine). After dealing with the problem for about a month, I eventually took the vehicle to the dealership service department, where they determined that additional alignment adjustments were still needed. After the dealership performed the alignment, the issue was resolved. Although the alignment issue was frustrating and required multiple visits, I do appreciate that Mavis handled the situation professionally and refunded me for the service without any hassle.

  Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. As soon as I pulled up, Xavier came outside and greeted me right away. He checked out my car quickly, was extremely courteous, professional, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Everyone here was personable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. I even noticed how they treated other customers with the same level of respect and attention. That says a lot about the team and the culture of this place. Big shoutout to Xavier and the entire team. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for great service and great people.. I am a real person , NOT A.I , I live in oldbridge nj, and will be coming back going forward just because of my experience with Xavier and the team here ! Even the waiting area is super comfortable, I was watching Family feud while waiting.

  I was driving and realized I had a flat, stopped at a gas station put some air but I don’t know what I’m doing. Thankfully I was nearby this mavis discount tires and they helped me out. The staff was super attentive and helped me out immediately, we couldn’t find the leak but they checked everything and made sure I was safe to get back home, put air in my tires and it held, super great staff, quick and speedy, I really reccomend this shop for any of your automotive needs
