  Dear Lester Glenn Ford Team, I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent service visit on September 04, 2026, for my 2020 Ford Explorer. I want to specifically recognize Theresa Lamer for going the extra mile. When the original person working on my vehicle was transferred, I called to check on the status and spoke with Theresa. She quickly took ownership of the situation, called me back, and explained that she would work backwards to get the answers I needed. She followed through as promised, provided clear updates, and ensured my vehicle would be completed as soon as the parts arrived.   We had an absolutely amazing experience at Lester Glenn Ford! From start to finish, the entire process was easy, comfortable, and honestly one of the best car buying experiences we’ve ever had. It’s not often you can say you genuinely enjoyed the car buying process, but we absolutely did! Mo, Anthony, and Sal made us feel valued and taken care of every step of the way. Had a relative come in and they treated her like dirt. The finance guy and sales man both spoke down to her and the stuff they told her was outrageous. Like she would need 11k down to even be considered to get a lease with her trade in. And that Lester wouldn’t approve her anyway. Why advertise this on your website? The two guys who spoke with her today were horrible. Wouldn’t lease or buy a car here in the future.

  I had an awesome experience with Lester Glenn Ford of Ocean and couldn’t be happier with how everything went. Huge shoutout to Brian in Sales for making the entire buying process easy, comfortable, and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, professional, easy to work with, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer my questions, kept everything straightforward, and made purchasing my new F-250 Lariat an awesome experience from start to finish. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Tyler S. in the Service Department. Tyler is an excellent service advisor who is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Knowing I have someone like Tyler in the service department who I can trust with my truck makes the entire ownership experience that much better. From sales to service, everyone I’ve dealt with at Lester Glenn Ford of Ocean has been welcoming, helpful, and professional. I absolutely love my new F-250 and couldn’t recommend this dealership enough. If you’re looking for a new Ford, definitely ask for Brian in Sales, and when it comes time for service, Tyler S. is the guy to see. 5 stars all around!

  We have been working with Dustin for the past 10 years, and there’s a reason we continue to come back. He has helped us with several vehicle leases over the years and, most recently, with the purchase of our new vehicle. Dustin has always been professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He takes the time to answer our questions, makes sure we’re comfortable with our options, and never makes us feel pressured. After 10 years, we truly value the trust and relationship we’ve built with him. Buying or leasing a vehicle can be stressful, but he always makes the experience easy and enjoyable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dustin to anyone looking for someone they can trust. Thank you again for another great experience!
