  Returned a car a day early and received assurances that there would be an adjustment in my favor. Did not happen. Called the location numerous times and no one ever answered. Finally visited the location and was told that what the employee had told me was in error. Most annoying was nobody ever answered the phone over a period of days.

  Not overly impressed with my experience. I was given a price for my out of pocket expenses, and after speaking with 3 or 4 different employees, I was told a different dollar figure every time. Eventually I asked for the manager, and although more helpful than anyone else, he couldn’t answer why after a certain amount of days, the out of pocket cost dropped by over 50%!! Overall pretty bad customer service experience at this location, staff weren’t friendly or knowledgeable. The car itself was clean, although not in great condition. Personally wouldn’t recommend to a friend.
