- JHJayson HwangJul 1, 20265.0This place saved me from spending thousands at the dealership. I brought my Cayenne to Rich T. and he saved the day! I took it to my “old” neighborhood mechanic for a brake pad change and he couldn’t figure out how to get it out of service mode. Anyhow, I called this place and brought it to Rich. He was not only able to get it back to normal driving mode but he let me know exactly what he did to fix it! You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work! I was lucky my old mechanic didn’t do more damage but just super thankful to Oakland Autoworks for having the expertise and knowledge to resolve my issue at a very very reasonable price. Thanks again Rich!!

Professional, friendly and knowledgeable in what he was doing and was straight to the point on what needed to be done. They diagnosed and repaired the problem all in one day! Really nice service, will definitely be considering coming back and referring any family and friends to this place as well!
