  These guys are the best, I’ve been a member for more than a couple of years. Membership includes other locations which is a major plus. The employees are also respectful and keep the property clean and operational

  going to this car wash really made my entire day and the kind woman that greeted me tina was the icing on the cake she made the entire experience more enjoyable and easier to understand with their different washes and prices. without a doubt i have found my new go to car wash

  This place has such good vibes, Tina did a really solid job at the car wash, and the service was genuinely impressive. Everything was handled carefully, and she made sure my car looked great. You can tell she takes her work seriously because the results were clean and polished. I’d definitely trust Tina with my car again.

  I entered the car wash with my antenna cover on my vehicle and discovered it was missing after the wash. I reported the incident and filed a claim. Instead of taking responsibility, their third-party claims administrator, Fleet Response, denied my claim, stating there was “no evidence” that Team Car Wash was responsible. What is particularly frustrating is that the antenna cover could not be found afterward. Not being able to find the part does not explain how it disappeared from my vehicle during the car wash or prove that their equipment wasn’t responsible. I expected Team Car Wash to thoroughly investigate what happened, including reviewing available surveillance footage showing my vehicle before and after the wash. Instead, I received a denial. This isn’t just about the cost of an antenna cover. It’s about how a company responds when a customer reports that their vehicle was damaged or a part went missing during its service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Team Car Wash. Customers deserve to know how a damage claim may be handled before trusting their vehicle to this business.
