Waited 20min waiting to be helped for something that was in stock, I finally get seen and I spend another 15min for them to try and look for it they can't find it, and then they start helping other people as im sitting and waiting, then while she is still "helping me" she answer the phone. And help everyone else other than the person she started to help... They need more help or organize their stuff better. This is wild and up waiting 45min and she like i know we have it in stock, but its not here. Went to Autozone and got it in 60 seconds and $20 cheaper...

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
