  I needed a tire. Jesus did a wonderful job with letting me know my options and was kind. I also talk to a young lady on the phone and she was extremely nice. They were better than the service I recieved at my Honda dealership service center. Service wait time was an hour but I didn't mind because they were very busy which says a lot about the service! Thank you for taking care of my car!!

  Kaylee was absolutely amazing today! She saved me and assisted with everything I needed pertaining to the service. She was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her customer service truly went above and beyond, and I really appreciate all of her help today.   Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for tires if you're looking for reasonably quick work. Made an appointment, arrived 15 minutes early, first customer in the door when they opened. Only there to get two tires and rotate the other two. Yet nearly 2 hours later, the car is still sitting on the lift with all 4 wheels off. No tech in the bay or working on the tires for extended periods of time. The techs have time to chat with the front desk girls though. 🤷‍♂️ Well, I guess that's not fair, one of the techs is hanging outside talking to a friend by his car. Do a quick google search if you don't think that's a bad time. Average time listed is 30-60 minutes. So it's over double the average. Wouldn't be terrible, I guess, except they're charging you for labor hours. If they have time to socialize maybe they're charging customers for too many hours? Maybe a plus? They were sure to inspect the vehicle and find several other unrelated things to come tell me I needed to service and ask if I wanted them to take care of it. So I guess if you're interested in being upsold on anything they can find, or might appreciate the inspection... at least they didn't pressure. I'll give them a 2 star for it. The other customer that was here for the same appointment time? She's complaining too. Also over 2 hours for her too. Wheels finally put back on the car and it's lowered from the lift. Total time for the appointment with them not even being busy? 2 hours 15 minutes.

  I picked up my truck On Friday for supposedly a n New radiator, go to church Sunday come out, antifreeze all on the parking lot, I am pulling in my driveway and it stopped. He refused to have it Towed, he wants us to pay for it to be towed back to his garage! Not After paying $1350 and he won’t take it out of there so we have an active investigation with the Better Business Bureau and Midas corporate office. Don’t take your vehicle there.!!😡😡 He learned that he did a tuneup for $600 and the truck is idle up too high bad customer service no customer service skills whatsoever Joe and Angie

  Awesome service!! March 30th: Noticed at 5pm on Sunday that I had a bubble on 2 tires. Too late to get help, and I panicked with work the next day. Made an appointment on line for 8am next day. They took me in immediately and 2 hours later, I had 2 new tires, an alignment and they discovered my brake fluid was never cleaned out at the required 30k miles....shame on my dealership (especially since i was there twice in February). Thanks, Zach and Lana for your great customer service. Zach was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Thanks to the mechanic who worked on my car...he knew his stuff for sure.
