  Listen, if you’re anything like me, taking your car somewhere can feel like entering a whole new level of adulthood that nobody prepared you for. You walk in hoping your car doesn’t need anything expensive, pretending you understand what they’re talking about when they mention parts you’ve never heard of, and silently praying your bank account survives the experience. 😂 BUT let me tell you about Zack and Jesus at Mavis—because these two genuinely made the whole experience so much better! From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, helpful, and actually took the time to explain everything without making me feel like I needed a degree in automotive engineering to understand what was going on. Zack was awesome and made sure everything was handled, while Jesus was just as helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Together, they’re basically the dream team of “don’t worry, we got you.” 😂🙌 And can we talk about how refreshing it is to go somewhere and feel like people actually care? They weren’t pushy, they weren’t trying to make me feel pressured, and they treated me like a person instead of just another car pulling into the parking lot. We laughed, talked, and before I knew it, what could have been a stressful trip turned into a genuinely pleasant experience—which is saying A LOT when you’re dealing with car problems. 😂 Zack and Jesus, thank you for being patient, professional, and for having personalities that make people actually want to come back! You can tell they take pride in what they do, and they make a great team. Mavis is lucky to have you both! So seriously, if your car is making a noise that sounds like it’s auditioning for a horror movie, a light on your dashboard has suddenly decided to ruin your day, or you just need tires and don’t want to feel stressed about it—go see Zack and Jesus! They’ll take care of you, explain what’s going on, and probably make you laugh while they’re at it. 10/10 experience. My car is happy, my stress level is lower, and I may or may not be considering bringing them snacks next time because they deserve it. 😂❤️ Thanks again, Zack and Jesus! You guys are the best!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Shout out to the dream team at Mavis! Zack — keeping things running smoothly and somehow making car problems feel less painful. Jesus — working miracles… and honestly, with some of these cars, miracles are exactly what’s needed! 😂 Lana — bringing the good vibes, great customer service, and helping keep everyone sane! These three made my visit way more enjoyable than a trip to the tire shop has any right to be. Great people, great service, and plenty of laughs. Mavis is lucky to have them!

  Came to Mavis expecting to spend money and leave mildly annoyed—like any normal car appointment—but Zack, Jesus, and Lana completely ruined that expectation! 😂 They were helpful, funny, and actually made the experience enjoyable. My car got the care it needed, and I left with both my vehicle and my sanity intact. Honestly, give these three a raise… or at least a lifetime supply of energy drinks! Highly recommend!

  Thank You so much to the Team at Mavis on Landis Ave. in Vineland! You guys are really the best!!! We had to have a sensor replaced and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The professionalism and expedience of this shop was just amazing. Alanna and Zack were very friendly and never spoke to us like we had no idea what we were talking about like other shops tend to do. Absolutely the best experience. We will definitely go back for all of our vehicle needs!

  Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience — Mavis Discount Tire, Vineland, NJ I made an appointment online with Mavis Discount Tire in Vineland for an 11:00 AM wheel alignment. I arrived at approximately 10:40 AM, checked in, and waited in the waiting area with my 4-year-old daughter. She played in the kids’ area for a little while until my father came to pick her up. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over four hours for my vehicle to be serviced. My car was not finished until after 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, the problem was not just the wait time. After leaving Mavis, I drove only a short distance before realizing something was seriously wrong. My vehicle was pulling extremely hard to the right, and I did not feel safe driving over approximately 35 MPH. I have not yet had a second opinion on the alignment. I have an appointment first thing tomorrow morning with a reputable local auto shop to have the vehicle properly inspected and determine exactly what is going on. I do have the alignment printout from Mavis, which shows that before the adjustment, the front toe was significantly out of specification, including -0.81° on the left front, -0.24° on the right front, and -1.06° total toe. The printout also shows the right rear camber at -1.7°, marked RED/out of specification, along with other measurements that were not fully within the preferred range. I will be relying on tomorrow’s inspection to determine whether the alignment was performed correctly and what is causing the severe pulling I experienced after leaving Mavis. What made the experience even more frustrating was that I was not the only customer dealing with extremely long wait times. I personally spoke with several other customers who were waiting for hours. At least six customers appeared to be experiencing similar issues. One gentleman had been there since 9:00 AM when they opened and was still there when I left, and he was only there for a brake job. I originally would have taken my vehicle to a reputable local shop, but unfortunately they were closed Sunday. Since I had recently had work done on the vehicle and needed the alignment completed that day, I decided to give Mavis a chance. I regret that decision. An appointment should mean something. Customers should not have to wait four-plus hours for a scheduled service, and when a vehicle is finally returned, the customer should be able to trust that the work was performed correctly and that the vehicle is safe to drive. After tomorrow’s inspection, I will have a better understanding of exactly what happened and will be following up with Mavis regarding the situation and potentially requesting a refund. Based on my experience today, I will not be returning to this location, and I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this shop think twice. Four-plus hours waiting for a scheduled appointment and then immediately experiencing severe handling problems afterward is simply unacceptable
