I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent service experience at your Mavis Tire location. I brought my vehicle in for a tire inspection due to a suspected puncture. I was informed that a nail was present in the tire and, due to its purported location, it could not be safely repaired.
Subsequently, I sought a second opinion at a different establishment. It was determined that the nail had not, in fact, punctured the tire and was merely lodged in a tread crease. This discrepancy in assessment is concerning and reflects a significant oversight on the part of your technicians.
I trust that you will review this matter and take appropriate action to ensure accurate diagnoses and customer service in the future.

The place is convenient, Ryan was there early and the service was quick. Just very pricey for avg battery with 2yr warranty. If it were top-of-line 4 yr battery still a bit high.
