  This was second time coming here. This time my experience was very good and things were done in a timely fashion. EC and Eric were extremely nice and helpful. The car I rented was amazing. I was given a 2026 Hyundai Elantra. Great on gas. Great features. I would highly recommend going here and rent a vehicle. Ask for EC or Eric. They will take good care of your needs.

  Disgrace of an establishment. I made a reservation for a 15 person passenger van and scheduled the pick up for 12:00pm. I had called this specific location a few days ago to confirm my reservation and spoke with Jeff the general manager. He advised that I could get the van at any time. He failed to tell me that the location closed at 12pm on Sundays. We showed up at 12:20pm to find the doors locked but staff standing at the desk. We knock on the door and they ignored us at first. I knocked again and Jeff the general manager told me they couldn’t give us the car because they closed at 12. He said the “keys were already locked up” I said how important it was that I rented the van today because we had important plans. He said he couldn’t help me. Even after providing me with misinformation about the pick up time. I asked him for his business card and refused to give it to me. Don’t expect any form of customer service from this enterprise. I wouldn’t spend a dollar there and Jeff should be ashamed at the way he handled himself in front of his staff.

  The staff at Enterprise North Brunswick NJ provided exceptional service from start to finish. They pick up the phone almost immediately and were quick to address my questions regarding my reservation. I had the pleasure of working with Branch Manager Jeff Kuc and Justin. When they didn't have exactly what I wanted for a standard vehicle, they instead upgraded me to a larger car at the same rate! Both Jeff and Justin deserve recognition—and maybe even a promotion—for their professionalism, cordiality, and friendliness. Because of this experience, this location is now my only choice for future rentals.
