  I made a reservation online and went to pick up the vehicle, but there were no vehicles available. I should not be allowed to reserve a car if there is no inventory. With the advancement of technology, this should not be a situation customers experience. Safe to say I will not be renting from enterprise again due to the unreliability of the company.

  I had to choose a car from a selection of 3 cars. They have so many hidden charges that even when our insurance was supposed to pay for everything...we ended up paying a lot from our pocket. These guys never answer your phone call. Just try and you will see it yourself. They gave me the smallest sedan and I ended up paying more than $30 per day on top of the insurance that paid $35 per day. Better rent a Tesla than coming here.

  Car had tobacco smoking smell that was there whole time. We are non- smoke family and couldn't bare that smell and my wife is very allergic to it. She had hard time breathing every time she was in the car I wanted to go back and return car immediately but couldnt do it due to very busy life. I had to get my own car due to I lost my car in accident. I was running dealer to dealer with busy life. I just dealt with that smell and drove rental car They should not have given me car like that or at least should have let me know about the smell in the car.

  I tried calling the North Brunswick location, but I was on hold for 45 minutes. I assisted my daughter with renting a car from your location, and when I followed up with later that day to asked about the car, she said it smelled like smoke and was dirty.

  Shouting out the Enterprise team at North Brunswick! My colleague had an accident and was confused about the insurance process of renting a car. After my own personal experience, I felt comfortable with contacting the manager, Jeffrey Kuc, for assistance. Jeff was able to offer immediate assistance over the phone that helped clarify everything when the insurance company wouldn’t. No need to go to the store, no need to spend money, no need to talk in circles. Yes, I know, right!? I mean where do you find that these days!? That deserves more than 5 stars. The world is really hard already. Accidents happen, but systems make the process really difficult to navigate, manage, and resolve. When you know someone in your network who will steer you in a direction that others would not offer AND will do it without hesitation, charge, or recognition… well, that someone deserves their flowers. Jeff - thanks for your service, kindness, and generosity of time. Your willingness to lend a hand and uphold the standard of “people first” exemplifies what the world is missing these days. Wishing you continued success.
