  I made a reservation for a minivan 4 months ahead of a vacation to Montreal, about a month before the date I came to this place to triple check that there was not going to be an issue and stated that I was taking the vehicle to Montreal Canada they confirmed no issues and it was fine to drive the minivan out to Canada. When the date came I come here to pick up the vehicle and they don’t have it so I asked for a similar vehicle but they said similar size vehicles were not allowed in to Canada they told me the minivan was being returned later that day, I waited another and next day they still didn’t have it and didn’t have a vehicle for me after loosing money on hotel reservations because of this place, a couple of days later I found a minivan through another source and when I got to Canada I asked why they didn’t allow certain large vehicles and they said they don’t have any restrictions so Enterprise just lied.

  After a terrible experience in November when they did not have a car for me, even though they confirmed the morning of that all was set, we decided to give them another chance. After placing a reservation for a pickup truck rental, they asked if I would be ok with a minivan if no truck was available. The following day when I called, I was told the worker out in that I requested a minivan (because it was less work than locating the truck) Current manager was no help, said he would try to find a truck but low and behold, when I came to pick up, it was a minivan. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but I will Absolutely use a different location from now on.

  I have been at this location a few times I went back to pick up an item left behind in one of the rentals, there was a huge line so I was about to leave but I saw a lady walking outside and recognized her as an employee of this location, I asked if I had to wait in line or if she could help me just get the item and she said yes no problem so I waited and waited then she started ignoring me so I asked her if she was going to help me then she was very rude and told to go back to the line so I left and returned another day and that was the last time I was there and will avoid this location. The lady is like a Supervisor or Lead person because there was another employee at the time that was asking her questions. All other employees at this location were respectful except for this Lady totally nasty attitude.

  NEGATIVE RATING PATHETIC SERVICE PATHETIC PEOPLE THERE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. People there don’t work to help you instead they will keep sending you back saying they don’t have cars or we are closing in 15min Can’t help you. I went there the first time they said they don’t have any car despite there’s plenty of cars in the parking lot. Then they asked me to come back at 5:30 (they close by 6) and then he checked for the car, asked me to sign million docs and then for the deposit I had Apple Pay which they don’t accept my husband asked to used his physical card and they denied to accept his, I drove my dad to the location with my card and this folks slammed the doors against my face and they all left through the back door. The third time I went thefolllwing morning they don’t have a car now. I noticed this pattern where they are delaying the delivery of the cars to people with GEICO insurance.
