  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had my reservation confirmed with Penske over a month before my move date. A week prior they called and told me they needed to change my pickup location which was a huge pain but seemed to be my only option. I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 8:30am on Sunday 6/14 from this location. They called me at 7:45 and left me a voicemail saying they didn’t have my truck. My phone was on dnd which is why I missed the call, and of course this is before opening hours so I couldn’t call them back until they opened. When I finally got a hold of someone, suddenly the narrative was that they didn’t feel “safe” renting me a truck because the address on my drivers license didn’t match the address I was moving from. Mind you, I’ve rented from Penske in the past with no issues. They had all my info on file & could have told me this a month prior if it was an issue. Instead they call me the morning of my cross country move and totally screw me over. And the kicker- the next day they tried to charge my credit card a $100 reservation fee.

  Drove 4 hours to pick up a truck that thedealership I work for purchased. The keys had to be recut, one if the workers I believe her name was Alicia went 30 minutes away to get my key made and assisted with what ever I needed. Very pleasant woman to deal with. Hard to find workers that will go above and beyond like that.

  Penske is bad enough compared to its competitors, but this location is the worst I've ever visited. The African American women working at the front desk have terrible attitudes and start doing other things while you're waiting for a rental truck that you already reserved with a specific pickup time, which they themselves require. I had to wait 50 minutes to get the truck from the moment I arrived. On top of that, the truck wasn't full of fuel, and I returned it with the same amount, but they charged me for 50 gallons of diesel at $6.09 per gallon. A gallon of diesel only costs approximately $3.50 in the tri-state area. The worst experience. I recommend not using Penske, and if you do, don't go to this branch.
