  Steve and B great customer service! In and out. Helped us with the mission moving a veteran into a senior housing! Great staff, definitely should get more tickets to the raffles!! Definitely recommend and will be coming back for any future needs.

  After I had issues with a truck rental at another location Jack and Olivia got me a new truck right away I had a great experience at Penske north Bergen and will probably only come back here

  Check your receipt after returning your rental truck. They will try to overcharge you on everything they can. I dropped a truck off on a Saturday evening. They registered the vehicle returned on Tuesday morning, charging me an extra $500+ in daily rental and insurance charges. I had to call multiple times and open a dispute with AmEx, and as I write this I still don't have an updated receipt or any pending credit shown on my account. This is not the first time Penske has tried to charge me erroneous fees. At this point I think I need to go with a different company altogether, regardless of the location I rent from as I experienced similar issues at the Kearny location.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had my reservation confirmed with Penske over a month before my move date. A week prior they called and told me they needed to change my pickup location which was a huge pain but seemed to be my only option. I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 8:30am on Sunday 6/14 from this location. They called me at 7:45 and left me a voicemail saying they didn’t have my truck. My phone was on dnd which is why I missed the call, and of course this is before opening hours so I couldn’t call them back until they opened. When I finally got a hold of someone, suddenly the narrative was that they didn’t feel “safe” renting me a truck because the address on my drivers license didn’t match the address I was moving from. Mind you, I’ve rented from Penske in the past with no issues. They had all my info on file & could have told me this a month prior if it was an issue. Instead they call me the morning of my cross country move and totally screw me over. And the kicker- the next day they tried to charge my credit card a $100 reservation fee.
