TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE
We brought our 2017 Ford Fusion for a routine oil change on July 29, 2026. The car was running perfectly. The next day, the engine failed completely — white smoke, rough running, loss of power. We now need a $5,864 engine replacement.
But the real problem is Mavis’s customer service.
This is a multi-billion dollar company. When our engine failed after their service, we asked for help. Instead:
• Mavis refused to take responsibility
• Never provided written documentation on the service provided
• Regional manager Archer R. promised to help, then went silent
• When we followed up, Archer became hostile and raised his voice
• Offered zero solutions or cooperation
This car is how our working-class family earns income. Mavis destroyed it and refused to stand behind their work.
A company this size could have been honest and helpful. Instead they chose to be dismissive and hostile.
