- TGThomas GilliesSep 27, 20261.0WORST PILOT IVE BEEN TO 2 SHOWERS ONLY 1 SHOWER WATER COMES OUT LIKE A FAUCET, ALSO PARKING IS REALLY LIMITED PLACE CLOSES AT 6PM ON WEEKENDS STAFF DOESNT GIVE TOO SHITS ATTITUDE ALL THE TIME
- LLLionSep 12, 20261.0Dear truck drivers, do not come here. The service is absolutely terrible. I stopped by today to take a shower; I waited four hours, only to be allotted just 30 minutes. I could have put up with that, but the towels provided smelled awful—it seemed to me they hadn't even been washed. As for parking, I waited all day; I checked both online and with the attendant, but was told there was no space. It turns out they’ve effectively turned the parking lot into private property, selling spots to others on a monthly basis. To the owner of this Pilot: where are you looking? I witnessed firsthand that Black people get priority access to the showers here, while others have to wait. If you have any self-respect, dear truck drivers, do not come here under any circumstances.
- JGJohn GonzalezSep 6, 20261.0Who said there was a subway That not true This truck stop terrible no parking barely no showers n no good food It’s all round terrible An inflated fuel prices
- IIImranSep 5, 20261.0Worst experience of my life. Got there waited for an hour to get parking as one of the truck was moving out and after he moved out i parked my truck in prime spot and i went to the reservation desk, the Lady to told me i cant reserve the parking and need to move out immediately because the parking should be available for someone arriving next. Is it Pilot or someones personal personal property?
