- YCYuniel Paz cala5 days ago1.0I drove 11 miles in traffic in my truck hoping to take a shower, only to be told it's closed until the next day. I'm very disappointed with this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Plus, the parking lot is small and always full.
- SHShelby HartMay 11, 20261.0Went to this pilot to fuel up semi & put some air in our tires, it’s DOT blitz week PSI is something that their focusing on, the air ran out of our tires as we’re holding it there went from 90 to 70… went inside only to find out that they turned the machines off and would not be able to turn them back on due to a corporate policy… one of our semi tires is on 70 psi. Will be switching our gas cards from pilot what a horrible way to treat your customers

It was very unprofessional and absolutely childish I'd be embarrassed to have him work for anyone, he works the evening shift there. I will never go there again

Like Damn! I Just Paid For This Shower! It Ain't My Fault Pilot Only Put 2 Showers Knowing How Busy And How Many Trucks Are Around This Place, Geesh!

I have clothing they have a Subway here they have a cinnabon here there's all sorts of electronics and any kind of oil or diesel kind of stuff you could give me there is an entire gas station there is tons of parking that accommodates for handicaps there's two separate gas pumps. There is a CAT scale. All the candy and chips you could probably ever want. Staff are really cool they let me walk around and review the store which I really appreciate it. I like to get back to those that get back to others.
