  Today 5/18/26 I had a wonderful experience with Mike. He is a GOAT, Excellent customer service, I told him I’m going on a executive meeting and I like to have Drive something nice. He made it happen. It’s always enjoyable renting through National.

  Had a fantastic experience at the Newark Airport National! Robert was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process so easy. It’s rare to find such great service at a busy airport. Highly recommend this location!

  I switched to National for my work travel rentals, they always seem to have newer and nicer cars in the Executive isle. I have used other companies before but so far over the past 4 years or so I have no complaints.

  Fast and smooth. There is no comparison with any other rental car company out there. Just take advantage of Emerald Aisle or the upgraded Executive/Executive Elite Aisle, and you just walk in to the car that you choose and leave in minutes without the hassle of going to any counter for your reservation.

  This location is a great location to rent. Shout out to Donovan, he took care of me and my family, despite the people in the parking lot. The manager was amazing as well. We came in on a late night flight, and Donovan and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Donovan deserves a major token of appreciation!!!
