  When I returned the vehicle the attendant charged me for a full tank of gas even though it was returned full and I declined it at time of rental. The attendant didn't even look in the car for milage or gas level. He also marked the car returned with much less mileage. I do not believe this was a mistake and instead it was an act of calculated fraud. I have pictures, videos, and receipts proving my stance. I also know avis just paid a class action lawsuit for the same practice. It is predatory and I wonder how many other people have fallen victim to the same fraudulent activity?

  Very quick in and out with Emerald club. They didn’t have the car I had requested ready so they gave me a free upgrade without any questions. Dior the branch manager was super helpful. Would definitely use them again.

  Friendly and helpful customer service. The process was very straight forward easy. Order a head of time and a you arrive you identify yourself and go straight to choose you bridal 3 you want and go. Just verify your vehicle is in working order before leaving. If you notice a problem, let customer service know, and they will help you immediately find a better vehicle.

  I travel extensively for work, and my organization uses National as its car rental company, so I've worked with them at airports across the country for many years now. I have been really frustrated at times trying to get customer service help on the phone with National, but their in-person check in and out staff are almost universally incredibly helpful and friendly. This weekend, Angela at Newark Airport was above and beyond in terms of providing me with assistance. Travel can be really draining, whether it's for business or for fun, and people who step up to help smooth out challenging situations should be deeply appreciated. Thanks, Angela!

  I rent from this place every time I travel to east coast for work. I wanted to share how awesome it is. Jack helped me find the ram 1500 even though it wasn't in the executive elite section as I always enjoy driving ram 1500. He was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this car rental place.
