  National Car Rental team at Newark are super friendly and helpful, especially Michael at the return section. Lost my wallet in the car, he immediately hop on a car to look for it. Once he found the wallet, he ran back to return the wallet to me. So thankful for his help, so I could catch my flight.

  Andre was the best! I was looking to upgrade, and he hooked me up with a great rate on a brand new Audi Q8! I Will always return to this location when possible! Best rental car service around!

  We had to swap out our bigger rental for a smaller one temporarily to drive around Manhattan and Jeniah at the Customer Service desk at this location was seriously the nicest rental car employee we’ve ever dealt with! She went above and beyond to help us, and made the transition so easy for us.

  I had just had a frustrating morning trying to return a one-way rental at a location at Teterboro Airport. That location is only available as a drop-off if you are flying out of that airport that day. After speaking to customer support, I changed my dropoff and went to the Newark Liberty location. Manager Eric met me and was empathetic about my earlier dropoff attempt. He made a quick decision to give me a discount that made up for my inconvenience and efficiently got me on my way. I'm a local, but I'll definitely use this location anytime anyone in my family needs a rental in NJ.

  Selecting and departing was easy as always. Drove my first hybrid, so that was an interesting experience. My only unpleasant surprise was confusion when I returned my car, and they had me confused for several minutes with a different driver. I only just made it onto my flight after that delay. Never had that happen to me before!
